The secondary logo was taken out of usage in 2006. There is not currently a secondary mark.

Also the jersey wordmark from 1998-2005 changed with the sponsorship transfer to adidas, to the mark you list now.

Actually, according to this years official style guide, both are still considered official logos.

To address both your post and AsM2931's post - my information comes from an official sheet dated 01/25/2008. I have no idea if things have changed in the last year, or if this official sheet has errors.
