Ghost Dog: Way of the Samurai

Part of me wants to see it again just to relive how bad it was, but the other part knows I would instantly regret it.

Maybe this'll be the thread closer:

Two Girls and a cup.

The only movie i've ever really turned off (with the actual DVD) was Freddy Got Fingered. It was the beginning of ridiculous comedy for Tom Green, and was just way too much for me...

Another one that came to mind: The animated Titan A.E. (2000) (A.E. means, "After Earth," as the earth is destroyed. Guess what happens at the end? A new earth is created!! )

Others:

Death to Smoochy (2002) (Though Robin Williams seems to act much more like his true self in this)

Super Mario Brothers (1993) (Just as any decent Mario Bros. games fan would)

Dead or Alive (2006)

Double Dragon (1994) (Same case as the SMB movie)

Fact of life: Video game-based films are rarely, if ever, a good idea...

Not so fast, DustDevil. There have been a few good video game based movies out there. Mortal Kombat comes to mind (The first one, not the second movie) along with the first Resident Evil movie.

Speaking of the second Mortal Kombat movie, that's one movie I would rather avoid because it has always set off my NERD RAGE!!! alarm.

So very much this. I walked out of the theater during Natural Born Killers.

I also despised "The Avengers" and "GI Joe".

And if they ever make that Halo movie Peter Jackson and Neil Blomkamp (District 9) were going to make, that list might expand. This footage sure looks intriguing.

I thought Idiocracy was an excellent movie! I think Mike Judge could see about 3 years in the future when this movie was being filmed.

Worst movies of all time:
Spider Man 2, 3
Saw I, II, V
Where the Wild Things Are
Anything Scary Movie 3 and up (Date Movie, Meet The Spartans, and so on and so forth)
Dumb and Dumber: They're Still Stupid (No that's not an actual title, but I'm sure it is fast approaching)

Apparently, the upcoming Prince of Persia's supposed to be decent. Now, when they make a Ken Griffey Baseball movie, it's bound to be unbelievable.

How could I forget Shoot 'Em Up or Crank?

Shoot em up is fantastic!! I love the way it has the feel of a video game, but its a film!!

Ditto to this. I had very low expectations for Shoot Em Up, but boy did I love it once I "got" it. It's a total farce, but awesome in the best way.

Someone else said Where the Wild Things Are, and yep, I agree. Or maybe I'd watch it again with the sound off -- it was a gorgeous film, but the plot, characterization, and dialogue were terrible.

Frequency
Planet of the Apes (the Tim Burton remake)
Dungeons and Dragons
Spider-Man
The Matrix Revolutions
Spider-Man 2
Ghost Rider
Transformers
Beowulf

And those are just the ones from this decade. I don't even remember most of my one-and-done films before then.

Joe Pantoliano, who played Cypher in the first film has some insight on the downfall of the Matrix trilogy:

The pieces of Idiocracy that I saw were good. When is this new Dumb and Dumber supposed to come out? One note: if it doesn't have Jim Carrey and Jeff Daniels, then I'd quickly put it here.
