mmejia
Not an all-new look for the Horns, just a sublinated patter ala Duke and a few others. The large part of the image is the UT Tower on campus. The game is on ESPN tonight.
STL FANATIC
Actually this is all new. The script appears to be a tuscan font, and the crossed "horn" stripes have been replaced with simple white piping down the entire uniform. They look good, but I prefer their regulars. I don't mind the subliminal pattern, but I'd rather it just be on their normal uniforms.I actually think between football and basketball Texas has one of the best identities in college sports. This doesn't ruin it, but its aren't great. JUSTIN STRIEBEL | PORTFOLIO | RESUME | CONTACT

mmejia
Do they have them in white or are they going to wear orange at home tonight?I think they're wearing these orange ones tonight. Some of the players were twittering that the shoes (not pictured) are what really make the uniform pops.
illini1
These uniforms have the dot pattern on the sides too. I'm guessing the dot pattern must be for some type of new shoe or it's to promote that all new Nike uniforms will be featuring that mesh type fabric on the back of the jerseys, which explains the dot patterns on the sides of all of these new uniforms. AJM
Not a fan of the print on the back, but I love the Texas font...if only the uni number matched. powersurge
Hey, it could always be worse. I think its a step in the right direction in terms of keeping the overall design fairly simple. I'm not too keen on the pattern though.
illini1
I really think the gradient dots are to promote that the mesh and designs on the back of the jerseys are going to be standard on all Nike uniforms. It's supposed to make them lighter.

Sodboy13
Is it me, or does that TEXAS wordmark have a font awfully similar to Kansas' old font...My thoughts exactly. They're wearing the font Kansas should be wearing. The dots running down the sides remind me of those infamous Nike MLB undershirts from a few seasons back.
