Is there anyway the mods would consider a one week ban for anyone criticizing a team's colors based on the color of the animal they're named after?

Never understood why they decided to add so much grey to their identity.

The National Hockey League and adidas today unveiled the new ADIZERO Authentic NHL jerseys and uniforms for all 31 NHL teams, including the San Jose Sharks (@SanJoseSharks), which will make their on-ice debut with the 2017-18 season. At the forefront of innovation, design and craftsmanship, the new ADIZERO Authentic NHL jersey takes the hockey uniform system and hockey jersey silhouette to the next level by redefining fit, feel and lightweight construction. *Lighter - Featuring new cresting materials and construction technology, the ADIZERO Authentic NHL jersey reduces crest weight by up to 46%, while a single layer perforated numbering system reduces number weight by up to 60%, in order to deliver a new jersey that is up to 19% lighter when compared to the current NHL Jersey. *Cooler - The ADIZERO Authentic NHL jersey features adidas Clima® technology in each of the jersey fabrics to deliver breathability and enhanced performance. Combining moisture management technology and a streamlined silhouette to maximize air flow circulation with materials that are up to 133% more permeable than fabrics currently used on ice allows athletes to be cooler. *Stronger - Constructed for durability, the ADIZERO Authentic NHL jersey fabrics are up to 27% stronger in burst testing and up to 72% tougher in abrasion testing

The League has a surprising amount of orange, so I've done away with it for this logo. In place of orange is a much more Miami Vice color scheme. I've combined elements of a few different Miami logos. Not a lot going on here, simplicity was my goal. Miami Dolphins:

I wanted to take another look at my Vikings concept and landed on getting rid of the outdated mustache and going towards the ever-so-trendy beard.

The Vegas Golden Knights' uniforms are the best they've ever worn during their team history.

I used @j'villejags's clean renderings of the new unis to illustrate what I think would be a better execution of the concept that they're running with (I colored in some stripes and added outlines, the rest is his work). They still aren't perfect, per se, but I'd tolerate something like this a lot more.

CCSLN before the leaks: "I hope all the jerseys are clean, simple, and classically-styled!" CCSLN after the leaks: "THESE CLEAN, SIMPLE, AND CLASSICALLY-STYLED JERSEYS ARE GARBAGE!!! WE'RE SCREWED"

I decided to modernize the current Texas Rangers identity. I always thought they have a good set of logos, but, since they've rebranded in 2003, they also aged over time. Current Texas Rangers primary mark 1 – Primary logo: No more drop shadow on the "T" initial. Bolder lines and a slightly broader typeface. New baseball seams. The two stars are now separately placed on a white background. 2 – Secondary logo: A modernized version of the 1994-2002 alternate logo. The two shades of silver are no longer part of the Rangers color scheme. 3 – Alternate logo: A revised version of the current alternate Texas flag logo being used on the Rangers uniforms. The bevel on the lone star has been removed, as well as the color silver.

Recently mildly triggered by the Lincoln Saltdogs headscratcher of a logo change, whose spiffy new dog enjoys maniacally staring into my soul, I got to wondering what some of the worst brand changes ever have been. And watching the Sox play the lowly Marlins I was reminded of this now infamous downgrade: What are some of your (least) favorites?
