  1. WWE Royal Rumble 2016

Think about who you're talking to. Has he ever shown the emotional maturity of even like a damn teenager?
  2. Nothing says a premium event like a Simple Plan performance. What is this, 2003?
  3. That definitely felt like the right call to end Raw. Circle jerking about "keeping Roman strong" aside, that felt like a moment. It's been a really long time since Raw has had a moment.
  4. 2015 WWE Survivor Series

Nick Bockwinkel passed away. http://www.wwe.com/inside/nick-bockwinkel-passes-away-28215026 An absolutely amazing heel and on my very short list of the greatest American wrestlers of all time, along with Ric Flair, Terry Funk, Randy Savage and Jerry Lawler.
  5. UFC Thread

The show was absolutely a fiasco. Rousey losing was definitely a can't miss moment, but the show did so much short and long term damage to the brand, and let's be honest, the way UFC goes is the way MMA goes in general. Joanna Jedrzejczyk had a tepid co-main event win in what was supposed to be a star making showcase for her. This was a title defended on Fight Pass not six months ago. Holm vs Rousey 2 will do business, but Rowdy Ronda's never going to look like the same rock star again and if Holm wins that, nobody is paying to see Holm vs. Miesha Tate. If women main eventing cards is a good thing for combat sports, last night was a bad night.
  6. UMass-Amherst

Now, sitting behind a keyboard and whining about protesters, that's a noble :censored:in' clause right there. You the real MVPs.
  7. Attacks in Paris

Several Muslim leaders and heads of state have condemned the attacks. http://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/paris-terror-muslim-leaders-around-the-world-condemn-heinous-attacks-a6734711.html http://time.com/4112830/muslims-paris-terror-attacks-islam-condemn/ ISIS can get :censored:ed with pineapples. I hope anyone who has friends or family in the area has heard they are safe.
  8. 2015 WWE Survivor Series

Rollins' reign has not been good at all. He's either worked as a babyface, as he has in recent months, or did a piss poor HHH imitation for his first few months. The match at Elimination Chamber with Ambrose was absolutely :censored:ing dead for the first two-thirds of it (as someone there live). How they regressed in chemistry from last year is a wonder. And while the constant 20 minute opening promos (god, is that format dated) helps absolutely nobody (quick sidenote: everyone think of your truly classic promos. How many of them were 20 minutes?), Rollins is hurt by it more than most, as again, his "molded in HHH's visage" persona just dies out there every goddamn week. Nobody could sustain as much screen time as they've given him during this failed reign, but he's quickly shown that he's just not up to it.
  9. South Park Season 16

South Park feels like it's really showing its reactionary side this season. While they've definitely punched down on certain issues in past years, it feels a lot more vicious as opposed to clever.
  10. I had some Britpop in my list, just outside of my Top 25. Screamadelica, This is Hardcore, Parklife... No Oasis, though. Illmatic similarly did not make my Top 100. As important as it is, it just never really spoke to me. I thought about it, and by aggregate, I decided not to go with canon if I didn't feel it. It still made the final version of the board's countdown, and I got to throw a vote later in my list to something that probably wouldn't have gotten any other love.
  11. I did a top 100 90s albums for another message board a few years ago. Here's what ended up being my top 25. Electro-shock Blues is a goddamned brilliant album. 1. Eels - Electro-Shock Blues 2. Johnny Cash - American II: Unchained 3. Steve Earle - Train A Comin 4. Dr. Dre - The Chronic 5. Steve Earle - I Feel Alright 6. Notorious B.I.G. - Ready to Die 7. Johnny Cash - American Recordings 8. Prince - The Gold Experience 9. Wu-Tang Clan - Enter the Wu-Tang (36 Chambers) 10. Damien Jurado - Rehearsals for Departure 11. Air - Moon Safari 12. Nirvana - MTV Unplugged Live in New York 13. Nine Inch Nails - The Downward Spiral 14. Scarface - Mr. Scarface is Back 15. The Fugees - The Score 16. Ice Cube - Death Certificate 17. A Tribe Called Quest - Midnight Marauders 18. R.E.M. - Automatic for the People 19. Beck - Odelay 20. Method Man - Tical 21. Whiskeytown - Strangers Almanac 22. Eels - Beautiful Freak 23. TLC - Crazysexycool 24. Nirvana - Nevermind 25. A Tribe Called Quest - The Low End Theory
  12. WWE Hell in a Cell 【2015】

Storm easily looks better than Joe, who often looks like he's wrestling in molasses. I think he'll do fine. He's immediately one of the best promos in NXT and he'll be able to work with the younger talent.
  13. College Football Uniforms - 2015 Season

I wasn't sure who it was playing West Virginia when I flipped over. Honestly thought it was OSU before I looked at the score bug.
  14. WWE Hell in a Cell 【2015】

Kaval also mentioned TNA on an episode of NXT. He's said he was told to say the line, even though it was buried by commentary.
  15. The Rangers clinch a playoff spot, lower their division magic number to one. It's still going to be a weird last three days, with the Twins, Astros, and those goddamn Angels fighting over the last spot. Go Minnesota.
