  1. Jostens hasnt gotten to make a Super Bowl Ring since the 2019 football season when they made the Chiefs Ring. 2 years in a row they have lost out to Jason to do the Super Bowl Ring. Jostens will most likely not get to make the new Golden State Ring this year so I guess Jason should be taken serious in the Championship Ring game. His rings clearly has gotten a lot better since the early days when he first made the Lakers rings that I wasnt really a big fan of but his rings as of late are pretty Big but the sides of the rings are a bit off as the Rams and Tampa Bay sides were very similar.
  2. I am sure most of you saw that "Tom Brady Super Bowl Ring" that was sold by Goldin Auction house for $344,927 in 2018. Most of the bidders probably had no clue that the ring wasn't the same size as Brady's real ring and thought that he ordered an extra one for a family member through the Jostens Family and Friends program that members of the winning team can order additional rings for a limited time. I had always suspected no way this ring would have been ordered by Brady or any one in Brady's family and this week it was confirmed it as a scam and someone was able to order 3 of these Brady smaller Super Bowl rings from Jostens and somehow No One at Jostens questioned why a player on the team would order not one but 3 rings with BRADYS name on them and not his own. So someone as Jostens is going to probbly be looking for another job this week. The story also gets rather strange as a well known southern California championship ring dealer was involved and bought an original players ring and was offered not one but 3 additional super bowl ring with Brady's name on them and he plays dumb and claims he had no clue that the Brady rings were obtained by fraud and for some reason decides not to buy the 3 rings that this imposter claiming to be a player who somehow was able to order rings with Brady's name on it. I find it very hard to believe he had no clue they were obtained illegal. The interesting thing is that this imposter was able to order 3 of these ring that are very similar to Toms very own ring for just under $9000 each. I would guess Goldins will have to refund the $344,927 to the winner of this auction and take off their claims that they broke the record that they sold the most expensive sports ring ever as they still claim today they still own this record. What surprises me is that the FBI took 3 years to find out and prosecute this guy for fraud. When his super bowl Jersey was stolen from him from the Locker room they went all out to find the guy in Mexico who had stolen it and Von Millers super bowl worn helmet that was lifted directly from the locker room via a person who had super bowl credentials. This Goldin Super Bowl Ring when sold for $344,927 made national news its real strange that Toms reps didn't try to pull the auction as they had to know that the ring wasn't ordered by a family member and was ordered by another player or had been ordered and made from a person inside of the Jostens plant. I guess if it's too good to be true it just might be a fake. https://www.nbcnews.com/investigations/man-admits-impersonating-new-england-patriots-player-obtain-super-bowl-rcna9443
  3. Here is the Tampa Bay Lighting Ring that everyone has been waiting for.
  4. The first BCS National Championship Ring came out in 2002 and was presented to Ohio State. That year the players only got 2 rings one the BCS ring paid for by the NCAA and the One School National Championship Ring the school designs and pays for. That year they put the Big Ten and the Fiesta Bowl on the same ring. Not sure why in 2002 the school did not give out a separate conference Ring as in past years going back to the 1990 season when Colorado split the title with Georgia Tech Colorado gave out a separate Big 8 ring and the National Championship Ring. I have both of those rings in my collection. I believe that Washington may have issued out a Rose Bowl ring from that 1992 game to go along with the 1991 split National Championship ring. I don't think the school got a separate 1991 Pac Ten Ring. In 1991 Miami only gave out one ring. In 1992 Alabama did the same thing and the players only got ONE ring. FSU gave out a ACC ring along with a Natl Champs ring in 1993, Nebraska got Big 8 rings in 1994 and in 1995 and a Big XII ring in 1997 along with the National champs rings. Florida did put out a separate 1996 SEC Ring along with the Natl Champs ring. In 1997 Michigan only gave out one ring and NO Big Ten ring that year. A few other years since then did school put out a separate Conference ring and a National Champs rings those years include 1998 Tennessee, 1999 FSU, and 2000 OU, The practice of handing out 3 rings started in 2006 with Florida players getting a total of 3 separate rings. For some strange reason the school was allowed to give out a separate conference ring and the school national Championship ring. That era was a bonus ring that the NCAA Pays for and gives the players and the schools don't have to pay for them. That practice continued with the College Football playoff Ring. In 2006 the team however did not get three 10K gold rings they only got 2 with the BCS and the School Natl Champs ring being 10K gold. The 2006 SEC ring was a non gold ring. 2006 was the last year that a Div 1 FB National Championship ring would also be issued out in real 10K gold due to the rising cost of gold and the limits set forth by the NCAA. Also in 2006 they started to present the rings in a big wooden box too. So when you see the current players who get 3 Monster rings they are only getting 2 of the rings from the college or they are paying for them and the BCS/CFP ring is a bonus given to them by the NCAA. So far NO team has ever gotten a separate CFP, Bowl, Conference and a School National Champs ring in one season. Now there was a chance back in the day when a team would play for the title in the Rose Bowl as in prior years the Rose Bowl actually gave out rings to the players NOT the NCAA but with limits that the NCAA puts on how much a player can receive as a gift I would guess if a team happened to win the title in the Rose Bowl Game the players would not be allowed to receive a 4th ring. If you think that schools are ring happy since most schools give out players rings even if they lose their bowl games check out how stingy Bob Stoops was when he was Head Coach at OU I hear he might have borrowed his reasoning in regards to rings from his old boss Steve Spurier at Florida. Bob had a rule that if your team did NOT win a conference or the National Title that year you did not get rings or at least the school did NOT pay for them. For Example in 2003 when OU was going into the Big XII Title game as the #1 ranked and undefeated team in the country they were getting close to being called the greatest team of all time. OU had the reigning Heisman winner in Jason White and but they overlooked K-State an got beat on a bitter cold field at Arrowhead stadium. The Sooners still had enough points in the BCS poll to be locked in at #2 and got to play for the National Title vs. LSU in the 2004 Sugar Bowl Game. OU loses the game 21-14 and thus they don't win their conference and they don't win the National Championship. How many rings did the players in 2003 for OU get?? NONE that's correct they got nothing. They could have gotten 2004 Sugar Bowl Rings or even 2003 Big XII South Championship rings but as I said Stoops has never ever gave the players rings if they didn't win a conference or a National Championship. Now a Big XII South is considered somewhat a championship as you still get a big trophy from the Big XII but in all of the years that Stoops has been Head Coach OU has only LOST one Big XII title game and the price for losing that game was clear you dont get any rings that year period. The very next year when OU went on to play USC in the 2005 Orange Bowl game OU got killed 55-19 and they could have gotten a separate Orange Bowl ring as a lot of them who played in the Orange Bowl in that era got Orange Bowl Ring paid for by the Orange Bowl or the school. In 2004 even though OU got killed by USC they still walked away with a nice Big XII Championship Ring. On a side note even though USC won handily over OU they team had their BCS Title taken away from them due to Reggie Bush getting extra benefits and the NCAA put pressure on the Downtown Athletic Club to ask for the Heisman back so Reggie no longer has his trophy. The BCS Rings along with the regular National Championship rings the players were allowed to keep them as I see no way you can ask for the rings back years after the players left college. Even before the 2004 BCS Title vacated by USC years later the other team who finished the regular season undefeated Auburn of the SEC was not voted #1 or #2 in the final BCS poll after the regular season so they didn’t get to play in the BCS Title game as OU played USC. Auburn went on to the 2005 Sugar Bowl game and only beat Virginia Tech who was #8 in the BCS poll 16-13. With such a close game and not a blowout like the USC victory the slim chance there could be an official split championship like there was the year before (2003) when USC won the AP National Championship and LSU won the BCS and Coaches poll National Championship. If USC had not blown out OU who was the undefeated #2 team in the BCS and if Auburn would have easily won the Sugar Bowl I could have seen consecutive Split Title but that did not happen. USC was voted the champions In all of the polls in 2004. Now the fact that USC was voted #1 didn’t stop Auburn from actually putting out “National Championship” rings of their own and they later on justified doing it since they won one very small poll that no one ever heard of. They must have pissed off a lot of USC fans. I have one of these 2004 Auburn National Champs /SEC rings. It’s not a bad looking ring. And even though years down the road USC would be stripped of the BCS title they still felt that the title didn’t automatically should go to Auburn and it still remains vacant till this day. Auburn had its shot to impress the voters and if they had destroyed VA Tech they might be considered real champions instead of the team that got snubbed out of the BCS title game and put National Champions on their rings anyway.
  5. Baron's who made the Cavs NBA Rings claims these rings are the Largest NBA rings ever. Now the 2006 Heat Players rings set the standard for size so it would be nice to see a side by side comparison of those 2 rings.
  6. I see all of the Cardinals rings made up the arch and the Rams ring is on the far right but what is the ring on the far left?? I cant see what it says and I just found out that St Louis had an NBA team that turned into the Hawks and they beat the Celtics in 1958 but would that ring be the 1958 NBA Champinship Ring?
  7. And now for the Ring that most everyone is waiting for the New 2018 New England Patriots Ring have been presented to the players just a few hours ago. Hope you all like the new design. It appears that the 6th is even larger than the 4th and 5th rings!!!
  8. Ok guys the is what you have been waiting for the New Boston Red Sox World Series Rings as they were presented today in Boston. Made by Jostens as usual. I am sure many will have their opinions of what they think of the new rings.
  9. Just what all of the NCAA Football fans have been waiting for. The New 2018 Clemson Tigers Football National Championship Rings!!! The ring is made by Jostens and looks similar to many of the other Championship Rings that Jostens have have made for other Pro Teams over the years so nothing really too new that we havent seen before but still a very nice rings. FYI the New Boston Red Sox World Series rings will be released during the home opener later on this week so this is a big week for New Championship Rings!!!
  10. Here is the New Golden State Ring Everyone has been waiting to see.
  11. I still would argue that what I wrote is correct and so would others too. I know my rings so lets leave it at that.
  12. What was wrong with my post?? this is a photo of the 2017 Eagles Super Bowl Championship Ring.
  13. Here is what you all have been waiting for. The New 2017 Philadelphia Eagles Super Bowl Ring.
  14. For those who cant wait till Monday till the Bama Players get their 2017 National Champs Rings here is what they look like.
  15. Looks like UCF was bold enough to do what the 2004 Auburn team did and make and gave out National Champs rings after they finished the season with a perfect record. In 2004 Auburn was not the only team who finished the regular season undefeated and thus they were not invited to play in the 2004 BCS title game as it was USC vs Oklahoma for the National Title. Also finishing the regular season with NO losses were Auburn, Utah and Boise State. USC destroyed OU 55-19 in the Orange Bowl. Auburn only beats Virginia Tech 16-13 in the sugar bowl. Utah does finish the season undefeated and Boise State lost their bowl game. So in the end 3 teams were undefeated and i would guess if Auburn would have beaten VT by a lot more or if USC had not just totally destroyed OU Auburn might have been awarded a split National Championship but Auburn did give out rings to their players that had National Champions on them. I am sure that angered the USC players. As we all recall last year UCF finished the season and bowl season undefeated but many did not feel that they deserved to share the title but it looks like outgoing Head Coach Scott Frost or someone at UCF thought they should get rings with National Champs on it. This shouldnt have been a surprise since they did make up a National Champs banner and did hang it up a few months ago. I am willing to bet the Bama players wont be too happy to hear about this. In case you all dont know Auburn this last year put out SEC West Champs rings and the Bama players publicly slammed Auburn for putting out the SEC Division rings. The Alabama ring designed have been kind of shown in bits and pieces for over 2 weeks and a leaked photo has come out as the new designed does appear it has 2 of the National Champs trophies on top. Look for the new Bama Ring to come out soon. In the meantime check out the 2017 UCF Rings which were made by Jostens and are the same basic design as the 2016 Clemson National Champs rings.
  16. The brand new Mount Union Purple Raiders Div III National Champions Ring is very similar to the NDSU 2017 ring and of course both rings are patterned off of the Clemson 2016 National Champs Ring and the NCAA National Champs Basketball Ring that UNC got in 2017 from the NCAA as it has a big trophy on top. All of these rings were made and designed by Jostens.
  17. You can see all sides of the new ring here https://twitter.com/search?q=houston ring&src=typd
  18. Tonight is the Night that many Houston Astro fans have been waiting for a lifetime and also a night that Championship Ring fans look forward to as well. Here is a link to a story of the company who came in second to whoever got the ring contract and their ring design is very very good. Not sure how they can be assured they came in second or runner up to the company who won the contract as I would guess its a guarded secret. Not sure how they lost out but you all should check out the video and I hope whoever did make the real rings that they are just as nice. http://abc13.com/sports/astros-world-series-ring-shrouded-in-mystery-ahead-of-ceremony/3297915/
  19. Just in time for the Super Bowl is a real interesting Super Bowl Ring from last year that is up for auction. This ring comes from a member of Tom Bradys family as it was ordered as an extra ring. I am sure lots of people will be interested to see how well it does.
