  1. Nike NFL Jersey concepts

Hi all, I got bored one-day and decided to use Nike's teambuilder website to re-design some NFL uniforms Up first: The Carolina Panthers I like Carolina's design right now. Simple and clean. I wanted to keep that going and add a little to it. The home jerseys stay black with white numbers and a light blue outline. However I added the Panthers across front in light blue and put some light blue sleeves on it. Also a light blue/white stripe across the middle. The away jersey follows the same design as the home jersey with a some color swaps to fit the jersey. The alt light-blue jersey also works as the color rush jersey. Let me know what you guys think! Next up will be the Arizona Cardinals
  2. Although there are has been an influx of baseball concepts on here lately, I thought I would finally throw my hat into the ring. I have been working on this project in my free time for a while and I finally have something to show you guys. Basically, I wanted to reign in the alternate overload in baseball and give each team a great look, some will get pretty drastic changes and some teams will get some pretty minimal changes. Each team will get a home uniform, road uniform, alternate uniform/jersey, and a batting practice jersey where I chose to have some fun and go outside of the box or look back at some historical looks. I have the National League done and I'm going to start with a team from the NL West today and I'll do my best to get a new team up every day or two. So without further ado, I have the Arizona Diamondbacks. I think most of us would agree the Diamondbacks uniforms are a big mess with way too much going on, to say the least. One thing I think they did get right was the great red, black, and turquoise color scheme, it definitely has a Southwestern feel to it. My concept for the Diamondbacks is simple and modern, drawing inspiration from past Diamondbacks' uniforms. The primary home uniform is white, the road is gray, the alt is red and BP is black. So here it is. As always, Id love to hear what everyone thinks an C&C is definitely welcome. Thanks for taking a look and the Padres are on the way tomorrow.
  3. I'm looking for hi-quality/hi-rez vintage sports/team logos, art, or advertising from Kentucky-centric sports, schools, teams. An example would be finding vector or large version of the old Louisville (Baseball) Colonels from the '50s-60s (this one). Thank you for any help you can lend.
  4. MLB Tweaks (Final Logos)

Hey everyone, For a while I've enjoyed to think about what kind of changes I would make to uniforms across MLB, just being into design as I am. I've always wanted to make a thread of my own here after seeing so many great ones, but never thought I had the computer skills, nor did I really think hand-drawns would show up great online. After my Twins concept though, I got to thinking and decided to at least try to flesh it out into an entire MLB-wide series. Things are probably gonna slow down quite a bit from me once school starts back up, but at least this is worth starting. This series is just gonna be my fixes to things across each of the uniforms, I'm gonna save major redesigns for maybe a future series... So here it goes starting off, naturally, with the Arizona Diamondbacks: Logos -Brick red, Black, and Teal are now the main colors. It's a good time for Arizona to move on to a more modern scheme. -The teal has been adjusted a bit, it's a little greener to look more like a color inspired by Native Navajo jewelry rather than Tron electric blue. -Caps are both the A logo, just because I'm personally not a fan of the D snake. -Both caps have the diamond snakeskin pattern on the brim to still achieve the two-tone look. -Sand-ish colors are still present in the identity, as the home is now cream, and the away is full-on the sand color. Uniforms -I like the way the 'D-backs' wordmark looks, besides the fact that it says 'D-backs'. I had to compromise and put the 'A' on the home. -The diamond pattern is on the back of all jerseys, which makes sense for a team named the Diamondbacks. -No pattern on the pants. It isn't really necessary. -I decided to keep the cut piping, but cut it at an angle on the jerseys, like the pants. The colors are also now teal/red/teal on the jerseys because I feel that looks more Arizona and less Tron. -As said before, the away is now sand. I didn't hate the concept of dark gray, just didn't think it fit the team, especially with teal. -Snake patch is on all jerseys. -Both alternates can be home and road. -Some may not like this, but all accessory elements are interchangeable. Things like hats, belts, and socks can be worn in different combinations with different jerseys. So, of course, let me know what you all think! All comments/criticisms welcome!
  5. So, now that I got the Miami Marlins off my chest, I figured I should tweak the other teams that have been bothering me too. Nothing bothered me as much as the Marlins, but it doesn't take much to aggravate me...sadly. The next team I wanted to put a paint brush to was San Diego. Like most, I feel they should be going back to the brown and yellow colors. I on the other hand want to put more emphasis on the brown and keep the yellow to a minimum. I have no issue with their current word scripts and uniform style, I just feel the brown and yellow would look better. So with that in mind, here is my version of the Padres. The away has a grey that has very slight orange tint to it, just to give it some warmth with the brown and yellow. Then there is the Home alternate. The big trend of having the logo over the heart/left side is not missed on the Padres. I'm currently working on a brown top alternate for the road as well as a new main logo that will combine a few era's logos with the swinging friar as the center piece. How does that look? C+C appreciated.

  7. Once upon a time, St. Louis had two MLB teams. The problem was, though, that big league baseball was growing to the point that there was only room in town for one team. I take you back to the mid 40s, when a man with one leg and a mind filled to the brim with ideas ahead of their time was trying to ensure the last team standing under the Arch would be wearing brown. His vision of the club ruling a city's baseball scene would come to pass, just not how he envisioned it, exactly. Browns On the tan roads, it didn't show up as well as I hoped it would, but I used double pinstripes. On the home whites, I used a brown-trimmed front pocket, similar to one found on a 1900s uniform. The older styled SL distinguishes the cap from the STL nowadays linked to the Cards. I'd originally had the Browns shield on the left sleeve, but decided to replace it with the Health patch, given the time period I was going for. Cardinals Like my more modern effort a few months back, figured I'd aim for something one could imagine the 1940s Cards wearing for a special occasion. The Remaining List: Canada (Blue Jays vs Expos-90s) Texas (Astros vs Rangers-2000s) St. Louis (Cardinals vs Browns-40s) Philly (Phillies vs A's-30s or 40s) NYC (Dodgers vs Giants vs Yankees-mid 50s) Beantown (Red Sox vs Braves-late 1940s) I-94 (Brewers vs White Sox-1997)
  8. MLB Rivalry Series: Cardinals vs Royals

The end is near, but for now, the saga continues...so here go the Cards and Royals. Royals The home set is based on the KC Monarchs, and the royal bull on the sleeve is my own work (as despite their usual imagery, the Royals got their name from the American Royal horse show/livestock show/rodeo). Decided to go the vest route for the road...thought a UCLA-ish look was worth trying. Cardinals Decided to go for the Gateway Arch on each sleeve, and put together a modernized slugger bird. The bird's on the front of the home whites, the grays use the STL. While the Cards' normal cap is used with the whites, a gray cap with the slugger bird and red piping goes with the roads.
  9. Louisville Cardinals Font

Hey! I fell in love with this font from the moment I saw it. I especially like the numbers. I was a jersey patcher for NBA 2K series for PC and I wanted to create jerseys of the University of Louisville. I created some numbers, but other I couldn't find, so I invented them. Two weeks ago I find official pdf on Adidas site with the whole series of numbers. I also found the rest of the digits on the internet. I created Louisville Cardinals font on last week and I decided to share it with you. It my first try on creating fonts, so don't judge strictly. I want to give credits to Jack Clabough, .Conrad and Glyphsapp.com Download PS: check # and @ when you will use this font
  10. Hey Guys, I have a shirt design available on cottonbureau.com, but would love to hear some feedback on the fluer de lis cardinal design. Thinking of turning it into a full redesign of the STL Cards (Which would be a hard project). Any C&C would be appreciated and if you want, you can buy the shirt here: https://cottonbureau.com/products/fleur-de-cards Thanks guys! Go Cards! Go Royals!
  11. MLB Alternate Batting Helmets

In the big leagues, many teams have alternate or away caps, but don't have a batting helmet to match it, making for inconsistent headgear. I decided to make batting helmets concepts based off these hats. The template didn't really turn out the way I wanted it to, but the helmets don't look bad. My favorite concept is the orange Marlins helmet. Since these concepts aren't anything new, I'll put them all in a few posts. C & C would be greatly appreciated, as this is my first time doing anything other than hockey jerseys. Thanks!
