  1. Los Angeles clippers concept

I made a concept of Los Angeles Clippers old logo. I wish they would bring it back. But have some cleaner jerseys. and another tone of the colors. I wanted the colors to remind more of sailers ship crew and the ocean.
  2. Hello! long time lurker, semi-frequent poster. So this is my first real computer logo. Go easy on the "this line isn't perfectly parallel" or "this line isn't a perfect curve" but I'd like to hear all kinds of other C&C on this clippers rebrand I'm working on, good or bad. All I have is the primary logo but I'm planning on making secondary and tertiary logos, as well as a wordmark and some uniforms, but I wanted to make sure this logo is nailed before I continue to the rest. So this was done in Microsoft Paint, (yes, I know) but its the only program I know how to use, and I've tried inkscape but its a work in progress. I started with a drawing in a notebook, took a picture of it, traced it into paint and made it into the images you can see below. The colors of the team are to be the largest squares in the top corner, as in Powder Blue and Red, with Navy, Copper, and White secondary colors. I think the colors I picked below are the best for the logo itself, but if there is a suggestion please let me hear it! Enjoy and please leave all kinds of C&C!
  3. New LA Clippers logo (prototype)

As many (most?) of you know, the (vast) majority of people think the new/current Los Angeles Clippers logo sucks... and for good reason. But spontaneously - out of absolutely nowhere - I came up with a brilliant concept. If nobody has thought of this before, I might actually be surprised. (Maybe a little?) Well, check this one out! It's a prototype that exemplifies the best of minimalist design (which is the trend du jour), while incorporating elements that make way too much sense. And yes - the red and blue used here is EXACTLY the same as that used in the current and former Los Angeles Clippers logos. The logo looks like a boat, which is a stand-in for a Clipper ship - the Los Angeles Clippers, which were originally based in the naval city of San Diego (as the San Diego Clippers), borrows its nickname from the aforementioned seafaring vessel. The logo incorporates a stylized "LA" (which you can see here), and the bottom of the logo incorporates a part of a basketball, which is commonplace for NBA logos. (By my count, two-thirds of all NBA teams have this as part of their primary logo.) Not to brag, but I say that this idea is too good to ignore. If someone improves upon this design and it gets some serious press, I've done my job already. Thoughts? Disclaimer: This work, illustrated herein, is an entirely original concept by sj10689 (the original author of this thread); any other logos/designs which have already been created prior to the posting of this comment, that bear any (striking) similarity, or is (almost) exactly the same, constitutes a circumstance which is purely coincidental. Therefore, as sj10689 is verily the creator of this work, which was not in any way inspired by, nor copied from any other pre-existing works, sj10689 assumes full ownership of this property. P.S.: I go by "Adam_Halverson" outside the forums, on sportslogos.net. I reposted this concept on the Los Angeles Clippers primary logo page.
  4. LA Clippers Rebrand

Los Angeles Clippers Rebrand, any feedback would be appreciated
  5. The switch to Nike gave me the idea to create my first project, make my version of NBA jerseys. Maybe it's a little bit ambitious with my studies which take me a lot of time, but i'll do the maximum. I will do Association , Icon and Alternate/Community jerseys for each team. C&C are appreciated ! TABLE OF CONTENTS - Portland Trail Blazers (Icon) - LA Clippers (Association, Icon, Alt1) PORTLAND TRAIL BLAZERS - ICON
  6. LA Clippers Rebrand

While recently brainstorming on how to improve the Clips horrendous rebrand, i came up with this idea for a simple clipper ship logo with LAC worked into the sails. C&C appreciated!
