  1. In an attempt to both make the Burger King logo look good, and eradicate black from their color scheme, I came up with this Los Angeles Kings set. I know it's out there, but I like it. What do you think?
  2. While recently brainstorming on how to improve the Clips horrendous rebrand, i came up with this idea for a simple clipper ship logo with LAC worked into the sails. C&C appreciated!
  3. Full project here: https://www.behance.net/gallery/47660267/SD2LA-The-Los-Angeles-Breakers The beach. The palm trees. Hollywood. America's game in the City of Angels. Los Angeles deserves an NFL team that's undoubtedly, indigenously LA. With San Diego returning to it's roots after 55 years in San Diego, they are in need of a new brand. This brand should still pay some homage to the Charger days, but with a fresh take on the identity that also embraces LA, in equilibrium. I sought to feature the LA surf, sun and celebrity culture. I think this brand better speaks to the fan base in LA, versus just slapping "Los Angeles" in front of Chargers.
  4. Hey guys, I've been seeing all of the new concepts for the LA Chargers logo on here and all around the internet and figured I'd give it a go. I tried to make the logo type match the word mark to keep the style consistent. Comments and feedback appreciated.
  5. So I saw someone point out today that the LA Chargers logo that made its rounds today is very sloppy and the alignment on it is atrocious. So in an attempt to fix that I got carried away and ended up just making something a lot better out of it. Enjoy
  6. I figured I'd toss my two cents into what will inevitably be a deluge of LA Chargers concepts. Moved the Bolts up to make the A Crossbar and made the bolt angles match the letters. And some powder blue variations because you can't abandon that look.
  7. Let me know what you think of this concept uniforms for the chargers, either stay in SD or move...
  8. This is my concept for the newly-moved LA Rams. I brightened up the team's identity by going back to a traditional yellow instead of gold, and I made this the primary color. The uniform design is a modern take on the throwbacks that are so loved.
  9. While im a big New England Patriots fan living in Rhode Island all my life its still nice to see that LA has finally got the Rams back where they belong. Here's a little concept I decided to make seeing as how the team will be switching uniforms in the 2019 season.
  10. Los Angeles FC (LAFC) Just based on the crest that LAFC release I came up with this concept. This will be one of the Adidas kits that have the 3 stripes along the side of the shirt, they will match the color of the stripes on the shorts so use your imagination there. I chose YouTube as the sponsor since I noticed that one of the co-owners, who happens to be an alumnus of the school I go to, IUP (it's a state school, don't beat yourself up looking up info about it), Chad Hurley who co-founded YouTube so I thought that would be an appropriate sponsor. Lastly I payed tribute to another one of LAFC's co-owners, Will Ferrell, by using his name and an image from Kicking and Screaming. Let me know what you think. I'm open to creative criticism so throw it at me.
  11. I haven't posted an official concept in a bit, but i wanted to show you guys what I'm working on.(just a week in) As we all know, the LA Rams have made their return to the NFL. I decided a few days ago to make a concept around this as many have done already. I'm still in the very early stages of this project and am in need of some critiques on what i have so far (Primary Logo). Thank you all for visiting my Post and again C&C always appreciated.
  12. Just for fun:
  13. So I've been wanting to do a Chargers concept for a while now, and now that they're moving to LA (hopefully, would hate to see the Raiders leave the Bay) I've finally done it. Currently I only have the home jersey but other sets will be coming. I don't like long intros so here's the concept: There's not too many major changes, but I'll go over them just so you know what to look for. First of all Powder Blue is back, it's a unique color and it looks way better than navy. Next you may notice the anniversary patch, it is shown separately but is on the right chest of the jersey and a partial version that only features the "LA" is a decal on the helmet. I think the "LA" would make a good secondary. Another major change is moving the bolt lower on the sleeves, it seemed more efficient to me and looks cleaner. I also changed the pants stripe to better fit nike's style and modernize a classic look. Then there's the helmet. Most of you will probably hate the gradient, but I felt it was a subtle way of adding depth to the helmet and giving a cloudy look to it. Plus Nike would have so much fun explaining it as some "thundercloud with an electric flair" or something cheesy like that. Anyways thank you for viewing this concept, I know I haven't posted anything in a while. Any feedback is appreciated.
  14. Hello again. Awhile back (during the summer) i posted a clippers logo concept because i didn't like the re-brand that they have gone with (still don't). i had fun creating my concept, but i was still new to creating logos an such and i know they weren't very good. some time after i posted the initial concept i started working on another clippers re-brand just to try and improve on making my work. i came up with three concepts, granted one is just a rehash of the San Diego Clippers logo just modernized with a new Font and colors. 2 of them i made the same day made apparent by the Font used and the other was made before those 2 during the time that i was working on my USPBL concept (my fictional basketball league). these were all made rather quickly and i didn't really smooth out the bumps so im sorry for the overall sloppiness but i just wanted to know what some of you thought of them. so without further ado here are the logos C&C always appreciated.
  15. A couple weeks ago I was thinking about a roundelized MLB and what it would look like. One of my first thoughts was the Dodgers because Metro's are kind of a roundel shape, so I went back to the Brooklyn days to come up with some ideas. This won't be overly complicated because they ARE the dodgers and it's also a secondary or tertiary logo. Hope you like it and feedback appreciated!
  16. Hello all, this is my first post on Sportslogos.net and I am very excited to finally be able to share my concepts with the people on this site. I look forward to any comments and constructive criticism. The following concept is one that I came up with for the Los Angeles Clippers who as we all know received a downright awful rebrand a few weeks ago. I feel that my design better represents the Clippers motif than the design that was actually chosen. My concept includes a primary logo and a secondary logo... As well as a set of uniforms including a home jersey... A pair of road jerseys... A Back in Blue Alternate... And Finally a newly designed Court. Thank you for viewing my work and I look forward to your thoughts.
  17. With all the recent contests running for the rebrand of the LA Clippers, I wanted to join in on the fun. My concept has been online for about a week now and has received some cool reviews. I originally had designed it for a contest run by the LA Times. Not saying mine is better or worse than what the Clippers are using, this was just my take on the brand and the direction I would take with it. I really respect the opinions of the community on this site. Love to hear any thoughts or general convo about any other NBA teams that could use a rebrand. Thanks!
  18. Hey Guys! Here is my take on a LA Clippers rebrand. Hope you like it! C&C Welcome!
  19. I don't know if many people agree with me but I think that the Stadium Series jerseys had a lot of missed potential this year, especially for the LA side of things. I think their more muted colour pallet bodes well with a half / half design, and tried to show that here. Gone are the gimmicky chrome or whatever designs on the logo and white pants, instead, a gimmicky logo altogether. Straight from the 1990s, INTRODUCING!!! the Sunglasses Lion logo!! This logo is lifted from the shield that fans either seem to have a love or hate relationship with. Why the Sunglasses Lion? Well the game is outside of course. You need sunglasses to keep that California sun out of your eyes. So without further ado the concept! Anyway... If you have any comments, or criticisms go for it. I am all ears. But not really... A person who was 100% ears would have a hard time typing this out since they wouldn't have fingers.
  20. I've done the Crosstown Classic...and there was clamoring for Dodgers-Giants. I've done the Subway Series...and there was clamoring for Dodgers-Giants. Now comes...Dodgers-Angels. And there will probably still be clamoring for Dodgers-Giants until I give you Dodgers-Giants. Poor Rangers and Astros. While you wait a bit longer for the rivalry set you actually wanna see, here goes a pair I think you'll like anyway. Leading off, the Halos... Initially, I was going to use what became the road design as the home whites, but then I figured this would be a good occasion to represent Orange County. I'd thought about putting together an OC as the cap logo, much like how the Ducks had an OC on one shoulder for their Stadium Series jersey, but in the end decided against it in favor of the normal cap, only with orange replacing red. The jersey is loosely based on the 95-96 California Angels alt, a personal favorite. The road uniform, which I otherwise would've also used as the home design, uses shoulder stripes, a loose cross of the 80s Angels BP jerseys and the late 50s PCL Angels, and traced the script from one I came across at Liebe, Montreal's I think (as I had a hell of a time finding pics of the jersey I was basing everything off of). and now, dem Bums For anyone wanting me to get on with it already and release Dodgers-Giants, for that series, the Dodgers are done already, I still need to work on the Giants...but I have a sinking feeling you'll wish this had been the set they faced the Giants in. Anyway, both of these unis are based on stuff the Hollywood Stars wore, if you couldn't figure out by the logo...the road is all blue with distinct sleeve striping I've only ever seen on that one Hollywood uniform. Turns out that jersey had the number over a star on the back, which I decided to allude to with essentially a watermark star here. As I needed a third color, powder blue makes a cameo appearance. The home whites...yes, they are basically a Dodgerfied version of the original shorts uniform, the one the Stars wore in the early 50s: crewneck tee instead of a button-down jersey, and pinstriped shorts despite the jersey lacking them.

  23. Jerseys in this thread: Colorado Avalanche Pittsburgh Penguins Calgary Flames Anaheim Ducks Boston Bruins Los Angeles Kings Nashville Predators Edmonton Oilers These next concepts I will be bringing you (first time posting on the site) is from a template I recently made, so there are still some bugs I'm working out as I go a long, and as I upload these keep in mine I love listening to constructive criticism. But I cannot change these jerseys anymore since they are long gone from their original .psd file! Hope you all enjoy! The first 3rd Jersey is Colorado Avalanche. Colorado Avalanche 3rd Jersey - With this jersey being my first one with this template, you could say I was a beginner with it. I actually didn't realize it until after I finished that it had a nice hint to the Nordiques, but that wasn't my plan going into it. Rather just create an icy feel to the jersey. - This recieved a Concept of the Week nomination on HockeyJerseyConcepts.com! - Tell me what you think, and hopefully I can upload a new one soon. Can't wait to hear your response!
