  1. The Cleveland Browns. No, not a pity party post, wallowing in woes and self sorrow. Nor will it be a delusional rambling of what we need to do to be Super Bowl champions. What I intend is to simply present a fan’s perspective comparison of past and present culture; a look into what once was a prideful, blue-collar, barking brigade of Cleveland football fans and the environment they embraced -VS- what it has transformed into in its present day. Finally, I’ll get into a look ahead (or back? to the future?) at what changes can be made to once again flourish as a football city (again, only culturally, I promise). There will be images past and present! Historical logos! Concept logos! Concept uniform designs! Each based on what I personally like/liked, want to see revived, and want in the future. Please, please, please feel free to join in, add your own personal concept art, logos, memories, critiques, opinions, etc! I only ask that everyone be respectful with any text or images you post. Also, bear with me as this is my very first attempt at presenting a topic
  2. College Football Team Cougars concept

I made this a while back since I like looking at college football logos. I always wanted to make a good cougar logo. One that would say yeah we know tons of ways to show our ferocity. Cougars have the perfect size and agility to kill. I want to build a detailed website of this university I created for a school project. This is their sports team logo I created. The Southern Ohio University Cougars. I didn't copy any logos, but Houston cougars looks a bit similar. I made a lot of different changes to make it my own. Near the bottom of the state there are hills so I was thinking of cougars being in that area. I used a gold and navy although their 3rd color is brown. The third color helps separate from looking like PITT or Navy. I like to think of tension with being close to Marshall so I picked Huntington as the nearby town. I would make the school 20 minutes away on the Ohio side. An explanation say for the made up future Huntington is much bigger and needs a university to keep fostering growth. School Name: Southern Ohio University Nickname: SOU (not zou) Mascot: Cougars Colors: Dark Navy Blue, Gold-like, light Brown, White Location: 20 Minutes north of Huntington Division: I (when good) Conference: ACC(when able to compete lol) Rival: Marshall Tell me what you think. I am trying to design other logos for the school to add to my website I'm making.
  3. Ann Arbor Blues hockey concept

A continuation of teams from a minor league or semi-pro league the Great Lakes Hockey Assoc. Following the Marathon Argos and the Chicago Huskies. These are the Ann Arbor Blues. Not like the music blues but the color after the Michigan Wolverines. The the oak tree and the three stripes on the roundel and throughout the design comes from the flag of Ann Arbor. The shield logo is to have a university look to it with the Latin phrase "Fortes Fortuna Iuvat" meaning "Fortune Favors the Brave" I have some ideas for teams but any ideas for teams would be welcomed. Teams do not need to be on the lake just in states and provinces surrounding them. Next possible team is the Mackinac Islanders or another name, maybe a team in Green Bay or somewhere in Wisconsin. Any comments welcomed and appreciated. This will be sent to HJC later on
