TorinK92 Posted September 7, 2014 Share Posted September 7, 2014 I agree with Morgo, the devolution from Lady Liberty to the new York script for alternate logos was sad to see. Just having another sweater with "Rangers" on the front closes the door on a great and unique brand, especially if that's the theme you're building on.I have to say though, Liberty concepts do look a lot better with red as the secondary colour rather than white. White gives it a more minor league look akin to the Wolfpack, while red is a dark, classy, and fierce colour that suits one of the best teams in the sport. Not to mention the grey bordering white and red seems to cut the design off, I'd either add a red outline on the outside of the grey stripe or vice versa with the white.Nice idea though, the red drop shadow seems to stand out a lot, making it mostly grey might make it look classier.
