Gray, black, and white really don't do anything for me in this concept. Smart is believing half of what you hear. Genius is knowing which half. And what I'm assuming are wings on the far right logo need more detail to be discernible as wings. They don't look like actual jet wings; they don't look like wings from a pilot's badge. They just look like two random solid lines coming out of the sides of baseball. As far as presentation goes, the prevalence of your personal logo in the background really muddies things up.
