JCRGraphix
Any time somebody posts some sort of concept league, people always complain "Oh, this city should have a team, well this city shouldn't, etc." To avoid this entirely, I decided to do something completely different. I will allow this league to pick itself. For the towns I select, I will go to google maps, zoom all the way out, put my mouse somewhere in the vicinity of North America, close my eyes, and randomly zoom in. Wherever we end up, there will be a club (unless of course, we are in the middle of the desert or water). I also have a random number generator app. I am using this to decide when the club was founded. I have the parameters set between 1900 and 2014. As far as the sponsor goes, I will wikipedia random article until I see a company name. For the color scheme, I will use teamnames.net's random team generator, then google image search the result. One of the first images that pops up will be used for a color scheme. The second name will be used for a secondary uniform. This should be a fun and interesting way to let a league "design itself"! I don't know how many of these I'll do, which adds to the chaos! Castle Rock F.C. Google Maps Result: Castle Rock, CORandom Year Result: 1977Wikipedia Result: Telos Systems So this was an interesting one! I started with the crest design. I wanted something simple and monochromatic. I found a photo of Castle Rock and added used that as the starting point and built out from there. The color schemes I got were a lot of fun to fool around with!

JCRGraphix
Carbondale City Google Maps Result: Carbondale, PARandom Year Result: 1917Wikipedia Result: Tacoma Power So this time I got Carbondale, PA, which interestingly enough is the hometown of Terry Pegula, so he's the owner. Why not, right? I got the Philadelphia Flyers in one of the images, so that seemed like an appropriate place to start for a team in Pennsylvania. VictoriaGooner
Very cool concept series. I am looking forward to seeing the rest of the cities that will be picked for the league as well as the club identities. JCRGraphix
Wells Google Maps Result: Wells, MNRandom Year Result: 2000Wikipedia Result: Concord Music Group This one was kind of neat. MtG cards were the first thing to pop up. That brought back memories of the late 90s and early 2000s playing all night with some of my school friends... seattlesonicsofsacramento
Really fun idea. I think I'm impressed the most so far by the club shields you've made. So this time, I ended up fairly close to where I used to live before Korea. The logo is simple, but bold with the Alabama flag featured.

JCRGraphix
Arsenal Hoosick Falls Google Maps Result: Hoosick Falls, NYRandom Year Result: 1961Wikipedia Result: Red Bull This one was interesting to research. Apparently there is a cool old armory at Hoosick Falls. You can see the shape of the armory on the logo. The original Arsenal F.C. got it's name from a local arsenal where players worked. This team uses that name which has so much fantastic history and is relevant to the area. This will be the last one for now. Time for some super awesome Korean food. Maybe I'll do more tonight, maybe not. It's the chaos league after all.
