TNA Impact Wrestling New Logo

Ok, it's a fake sport, but still... TNA Impact Wrestling debuted their new logo today and it's pretty awful.

I like the hexagon, and that's about it.

I love it mainly for the incorporation of the 6 sided ring in the logo.

I didn't realize they brought back the six sided ring.

Yep, back when they were doing the batch tapings in NY I believe in August.

Yep, back when they were doing the batch tapings in NY I believe in August.

Good idea. It's at least something that sets them apart. I can't help but notice the complete lack of the letters TNA in that logo...

I think they made a branding decision a few years back to de-emphaize "TNA" because they thought sponsors were assuming it meant "T~ts 'N A~s" or something.

The font isn't the best, but other than that, it's a major upgrade. It has a UFC-type feel to it, which I like. It actually looks like a legit wrestling organization, rather than the "bootleg WWE" image they never really got away from. Hopefully the rest of their rebranding will follow suit.

Tradition is the foundation of innovation, and not the enemy.
