It's a block number font. This is my first ever time making on a concept on Photoshop so I do apologize for the bad quality. And by clean it up, i meant that cause it looks like you just used the paint bucket tool to do this instead of using color overlays. If you have all the layers and are editing the right one, there shouldn't be a problem. But if there is just use the paint brush tool to fix it up. Depending on the template, you might have other issues due to people editing templates and them re-posting their version with masks and others things. The current template I'm editing to fix this concept has lines like most do (the ones that separate the mesh and the shoulders, etc). On the template I'm using, it comes auto filled in with red and blue. I'm trying to recolor it but the lines are still red and using the paint bucket tool on them makes the whole concept messed up.
