Due to the mess caused by flooding in South Carolina, this weekend's Gamecocks - LSU Tigers game has been moved from Willaims Brice Stadium in Columbia, SC to Tiger Stadium in Baton Rouge.

Details are still being worked out, but this is very similar to how LSU had a home game moved to their opponent's stadium (Sun Devil Stadium in Tempe) right after Hurricane Katrina in 2005.

It is what it is.

UAB could soon have a much needed new stadium. It wouldn't be on-campus but it's definitely not a bad option.

Just another Birmingham proposal, like the two decade long dome proposals which even had a groundbreaking ceremony in 2009.

Maryland is a sub-par program in a good conference. They overachieved last year. They have some unrealistic expectations down there.

The day expectations grew in college football was the day Northwestern went to the Rose Bowl.

He is 22-33 at Maryland and 14 of the losses are by 20 points or more.

Even with all the QB injuries he had three seasons ago, that's not good for a Power 5 school in two separate conferences.

Edsall is done as Maryland's HC after their game against Ohio State

(Yes I saw the previous posts. Just enforcing them)

Personally, I love this. He is a terrible coach. Somehow he has survived 4½ years.

The question now is, who replaces him long term?

Wow that's a surprise. I'd say this is definitely more a reflection of just how inconsistent USC is (VERY) rather than a reflection on Washington, who's been pretty much awful this season.

Either way, the PAC 12 is really fun this year.

I wouldn't say that, they've lost 2 games to Top 25 teams by a possession or less. Not a Top 25 team, but a team that I wouldn't be surprised to see knock off a Stanford or other high-level team.

The PAC-12 this year has that odd ACC "Wheel of Destiny" feel to it. I'm really not feeling too great about anyone in that conference aside from Utah and maybe even Stanford, but neither have looked unbeatable. But if the PAC-12 goes the way it has so far, I think there's a high chance we get a potential 2-loss champ, that leaves a spot open for the ACC who has a remarkably high chance of producing an unimpressive champion, or will it be an at-large team from another conference?
