I love green and yellow together, so I love the Sonics and Athletics.

I agree, green and gold is the best looking colour scheme for me, too. Second is blue and orange.

I'm a simple person, I have a pixelated David Beckham as profile photo since 2010.

Most of mine have been mentioned here:

Carolina Panthers

Jacksonville Jaguars (although I hate the way it's currently used)

Tulane

Canucks, former Seahawks, former Timberwolves

Classic Milwaukee Brewers, classic LA/StL Rams, classic Buffalo Sabres

Mighty Ducks

Colorado Avalanche (although I could do without the black)

Inaugural Arizona Diamondbacks

Inaugural Florida Marlins

Inaugural San Jose Sharks

Current Seattle Mariners

Classic Denver Broncos

Classic/current 49ers

Current Dallas Stars, former NY Jets

Charlotte Hornets

Houston Oilers

UCLA (basketball more so than football)

Basically, I'm a child of the '90s and like a lot of the original looks from '90s expansion teams, but I also like more traditional and unique schemes. Also, I love navy and orange together, but that's done a lot.

I know a lot of people on this board love the Panthers' scheme, but I think it's awful. I think it might be passable if white was incorporated somewhere, but it just looks like a dreary wretch of colors to me. Plus, the logo looks like cover art for a '70s porno, so that doesn't really help things.

Dang it, I somehow forgot to mention UCLA in the original post! And they have possibly the best color scheme in college sports. To the person who said they mainly look good in basketball, I'd like to say I think they look good in both basketball and football (and any other sport) when they stick to their school colors. I absolutely love the Bruins' classic football look: metallic gold helmet with navy blue script logo, light blue or white jersey with the classic shoulder stripes, metallic gold pants. Navy is used as an accent color only and not wrapped around the belly (sorry, had to take a shot at the adidas-designed monstrosities they're wearing in the NCAA tournament---if only they didn't have that stupid wraparound).

One that only I have mentioned so far: Tulsa---I have always liked their particular shade of blue, and combining it with red and metallic gold (better) or yellow (meh), they can pull off the rare tri-color look where everything fits in and has its place and it doesn't look cluttered and overly busy. That's why it really irks me that their basketball team has gone to white at home and black on the road, both with minimal trim (the only place on the unis where the school colors exist). I love the football jerseys they had circa 2007 (at least in NCAA Football '08). But that's the end of that little aside, as I don't want to get kicked off my own thread for going off-topic. :)

Totally forgot the SuperSonics. For whatever reason, the combination of green and yellow (NOT metallic gold, but yellow), used anywhere but on the Packers, would strike me as a "jungle" or "tropical" color scheme when I was a kid. Even in my teens, when the Sonics switched back to their original color scheme, their yellow jersey would remind me of a pineapple. Yes, I'm weird, I know.

It has to be done exactly right, but I loved UNC colors when they use a bit of dark blue to break up the light blue and white. But the balance has to be perfect. The football redesign that they underwent in 2013 might be the biggest downgrade that I've ever seen.

Honestly, I like Rhode Island's light-blue/dark-blue combo better. Carolina Blue is a little too light, gray-ish, and cold. Rhode Island blue is a bit more vibrant. At least to me.

I was so disappointed when the Broncos changed their logo in 1997.

Not sure if it's a common opinion... but IMO FSU's garnet/gold is gorgeous

One thing I like about FSU is that they have their own shade of gold that's a little brighter than the others. Colorado used to have a bright gold too, but they dulled it down in 2005 and haven't looked as good since.

lesser known ones:Tulane, Orlando Predators, Oakland Invaders, Frankfurt Galaxy, Loyola Marymount, Hawaii

Totally forgot LMU and classic Hawaii. Love the Rainbow logo, and it's a shame they can't share that symbol with the LGBT movement without one being associated with the other. Rainbow stripes on the pants are also great---not too many teams have done that.

As for the Orlando Predators, I checked Wikipedia and it said their colors are black, red, "gold" (actually yellow), and white---but the uniform and (especially) the helmet in that picture look unmistakably brown to me, and the red looks orange-ish. Is that because of the lighting, or did they once wear brown? Because that'd be pretty cool if they did.

I have a bunch of favorites that I may post later, but for now I'll give a special shout-out to this one. Say what you will about the extreme "90's-ness" of the design, but this color scheme was incredible. So many nice cool colors topped off with a good warm touch in the copper. Excellent.

I was disappointed when Utah changed from the classic purple-yellow-green look to this, but the scheme grew on me over time. I just kind of wished they would use the other colors more. I would've loved to see a copper alternate.

Also...I don't remember the sky blue that much until they changed to blue-and-blue. Is this really what their back-to-back NBA Finals jerseys looked like?
