New England Patriots (3/32)For the Pats, I tried to take the best from two eras of uniforms that I like: the current ones, and the vintage throwback look. I used the current shoulder stripes, but modernized them by making the shoulder a different color from the jersey. I also removed the side panels and piping that make the current duds look dated. The biggest change that I made was to remove silver from the color scheme. I feel like it just clutters the look and it makes color balance hard, especially on the road jerseys and in trying to fit red in. IMO Stay with Silver helmet and pants for Patriots with no stripe on the helmet. Maybe add white stars to pant stripe and mess around with the shoulder stripe to make it resemble flag stripes with a wave to it? Love the Red Home Alt look. I also like the helmet stripe, it would be so empty without it. I tried to modernize and simplify their uniforms by creating a shoulder stripe that wouldn't be affected by sleeve length as it is now.
