Happened to find this beauty on the interwebs....wow. Not even on a secure server.

I think this means that the NFL violated their own standard in their "50th Super Bowl" gold logo. I bet you there is a separate style guide for that somewhere.

That style guide appears to be eight years old, talking about the impending debut of the new NFL shield. No doubt there is a new one with special 50 treatment.

There is. I had to download it to use for an NFL Draft project. If you have some sort of credentials, you can download every team's logo sheet from this website: http://www.nflmedia.com

The interesting thing is that site hasn't updated the new Cleveland Browns logo sheets OR any of the events for this season yet. Normally by now all of that stuff is up there
