Digby
I like the gray trim on the Arsenal away. Makes me think of the Henry years and the last gasps of Highbury (not coincidentally I also loved that maroon kit that year). I'd have to respectfully disagree. i'm a big fan of the navy accents, like the fauxback collar construction and don't mind the stripe, but then again, i'd sublimate anything. it's the best kit Puma has made for them, imo. crashcarson15
That Arsenal home kit is miserably bad. The away kit is gorgeous and everything that an away shirt should be, but the home? Just… no.
Uglybus
I think it looks good, but I don't like the collar. It looks uncomfortable. "Okay, Mr. OKC, you obviously have never been to Louisville."

Here is a good picture that shows off the mesh panels. It's one of those things that is more visible on certain colors. Nearly invisible on the white US and France kits, yellow Brasil, orange Holland, highly visible on black US kit, etc.

The 92-94 collar was chunky and clumsy, and so is the collar of the new shirt, in my opinion.
JayMac
This is 17/18 season news but Nike it is for Chelsea. I'm good with this. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/football/2016/05/17/chelsea-sign-60m-a-year-kit-sponsorship-deal-with-nike/
Gothamite
Nike's club kits have been very good overall the past decade. This should be an upgrade for them. The Green Bay Packers Uniform Database! Now in a handy blog.

I don't mind the new lion head, but everything about this except for the basic patch shape is a downgrade. Black would have been an improvement. There's a lot of white space just chillin' above the lion on the purple version. I feel like it's really going to stand out on jerseys from afar, which will be a bad thing. I agree that the new lion head is nice, though.

I'd have to see them on TV or in person before fully committing to this but they seem like a big upgrade. The old font was meant to have been designed for legibility from a long distance but I didn't find that to be the case. I also wasn't a fan of the gold that they used. Agreed -- could do without the inner dots, but otherwise this is about as good as you can hope for in a standardized number typeface league. Should go with a wide variety of kits, unlike the current Football League font + gold foil that ruined the look of nearly everything.
