I'm an alumnus and I didn't even know about this until just a few weeks ago. As for it being "completely awful", I won't call it that. I'm actually doing some work for the athletic department (I've made seating charts for three of the athletic facilities) and could ask to see if they're looking for another logo... But I'm interested in seeing different takes on PV's logo... because it's not like we've had that many take interest. That should be obvious.
