It also looks like the same template some packers players wear with the shoulder inserts added which likely means this is a standard Ripon product. And from the seam pattern, it looks like there's room for the stripes to loop all the way around the sleeves, which I wish they did. All-in-all, though, it's not bad. I really disliked Adidas for a long time, but now that they're starting to phase out that hideous TechFit garbage and go back to making legitimate football uniforms, they aren't that bad anymore. I don't know if it's a coincidence or if there's a reason behind it, but it seems a little weird that these teams all went back to a standard template in their last year with Adidas.
