crashcarson15
Awesome stuff this weekend from Conor Daly. Love that kid, and love seeing him have success — on some merit, too.
rvrdgsfn
Result from the Canadian Grand Prix: 1.Hamilton 2. Vettel 3. Bottas 4. Verstappen 5. Rosberg 6. Raikkonen 7. Ricciardo 8. Hulkenberg 9. Sainz Jr. 10. Perez Vettel shot out like a rocket but it seems that the pits has issues again only this time effecting Seb. Rough day for Nico who is losing points while Hamilton goes on to secure victory. Next up Azerbaijan for the European Grand Prix Meanwhile, IndyCar's race has been postponed to Aug 27th due to the weather Last but not least... LeMans is next week!!!! rvrdgsfn
BUMP Results from the "European" Grand Prix 1.Rosberg 2. Vettel 3. Perez 4. Raikkonen 5. Hamilton 6. Bottas 7. Ricciardo 8. Verstappen 9. Hulkenberg 10. Massa Just another dominant performance from Rosberg but a rough patch for Lewis. A good day for Seb & an even better day for Sergio Perez. Next up Austria Meanwhile in LeMans What a heartbreak for Toyota, having the most dominant car the whole 24 hours only for it to completely stop within the last lap, you couldn't have had much more heartbreak than that. Meanwhile, Ford returned not only to beat Ferrari, but won their class as well! That is impressive! LMP1 : Porsche #2 Dumas, Jani, Lieb LMP2 : Alpine #36 Menezes, Lapierre, Richelmi GTE Pro : Ford #68 Hand, Muller, Bourdais GTE AM: Ferrari # 62 Sweedler, Bell, Segal 44 car finished, which is a new record! Some highlights because unfortunately, if you don't have FS1, FS2 or a subscription, it was missed out...
RedRenesis
What a devastating result for Toyota not only the car packing up right at the end but then they don't even get classified in the final results. As for Baku, it is certainly a visually interesting race through the city center, but when the most interesting part of the actual event is the radio chatter it may be time for a reassessment. Yeah Baku was a snoozer. For a modern F1 circuit it's a bit narrow in places and frankly didn't produce much in the way of actual racing in the F1 race. And the second GP2 race I saw was a crashing disaster in turn 1 over and over. I mean you know there's little interest in the race when seemingly 2/3rds of the adverts around the track are taken up by "Good Job Baku" and "Baku Welcomed Us" banners. RedRenesis
If F1 can remain relevant long enough for Bernie and the rest of the old guard to disappear, whoever lands in charge has got to get Tilke out of the F1 track designing business. Austin is good and I think his best work was Istanbul, otherwise its the same crap from country to country. While they are canning Tilke they can get on a rules overhaul that promotes a championship that isn't dominated by the constructor that develops the best car at the start of each new formula cycle. rvrdgsfn
Results from Road America: 1. Power 2. Kanaan 3. Rahal 4. Hunter-Reay 5. Castroneves 6. Kimball 7. Montoya 8. Newgarden 9. Pigot 10. Munoz Looks like Team Penske is continuing in its dominance & it is great to see Road America back in IndyCar! Will managed to hold off a late run from Tony, I hope that Road America stays on IndyCar's schedule for a long time. Next up Iowa.
mjd77
Glad I was at the awesome race at Road America. Shocked there was only 1 yellow flag. This place gets rave reviews from all the drivers, so hopefully it can continue beyond the initial 3 year deal that was made. Can't wait till next year! rvrdgsfn
Results from Austria: 1. Hamilton 2. Verstappen 3. Raikkonen 4. Rosberg 5. Ricciardo 6. Button 7. Grosjean 8. Sainz 9. Bottas 10. rvrdgsfn
Meh, not really surprised.... Meanwhile with Formula E they finished the 2015/16 season. So let's begin with race 1 of the London Grand Prix 1. Prost 2. Senna 3. Vergne 4. di Grassi 5. Buemi 6. da Costa 7. Bird 8. Heidfeld 9. d'Ambrosio 10. Conway Round 2 came & this happened.... However despite this... Buemi walks away with the championship, truly reminds me of Senna taking out Prost to win the World Driver's Championship. Round 2 1. Prost 2. Abt 3. d'Ambrosio 4. Duval 5. Sarrazin 6. Senna 7. Vergne 8. Heidfeld 9. da Costa 10. Piquet Jr. I mean, wow, just wow. I know you want to win the championship but this is just ridiculous. However as mentioned, di Grassi would lose the title to Buemi by 2 points so it truly didn't help. See you in the fall when season 3 begins in Hong Kong! Last but not least, these 2 cars will be coming to IMSA & Pirelli World Challenge I just wish AMG would do a DPI, hopefully they will along with Cadillac considering Corvette is going to GTD
rvrdgsfn
Results from the British Grand Prix: 1. Hamilton 2. Verstappen 3. Rosberg 4. Ricciardo 5. Raikkonen 6. Perez 7. Hulkenberg 8. Sainz Jr. 9. Vettel 10. Kvyat Hamilton shines in his home Grand Prix & Rosberg had a 10 second penalty against him due to the radio, I'm starting to think Lewis is gonna come back & spoil Nico's party. Up next, Hungary Meanwhile in Iowa: 1. Newgarden 2. Power 3. Dixon 4. Pagenaud 5. Aleshin 6. Rossi 7. Kanaan 8. Bourdais 9. Hinchcliffe 10. Kimball Newgarden makes an awesome comeback from his injury in Texas to get his first oval win. He just put on a lesson that all the drivers had to go through. He just couldn't be caught. rvrdgsfn
Bumping for the Results from Toronto: 1. Power 2. Castroneves 3. Hinchcliffe 4. Kanaan 5. Sato 6. Aleshin 7. Bourdais 8. Dixon 9. Pagenaud 10. Andretti Will Power making his name known in the championship standings as Team Penske continues its dominance. Looks like Will is slowly climbing the points race as his teammate still has the points lead, but who knows for how long? rvrdgsfn
Bumping for the Results from Hungary: 1. Hamilton 2. Rosberg 3. Ricciardo 4. Vettel 5. Verstappen 6. Räikkönen 7. Alonso 8. Sainz 9. Bottas 10. Hulkenberg Nico's lead is gone as Lewis has taken his spot as the points leader. Lewis just dominated the race, this has got to be a blow for Nico, only time will tell if he can reclaim his position. Hamilton claims his 5th Hungarian Grand Prix. rvrdgsfn
Bumping for F1 & IndyCar results: Results from the German Grand Prix 1. Hamliton 2. Ricciardo 3. Verstappen 4. Rosberg 5. Vettel 6. Räikkönen 7. Hulkenberg 8. Button 9. Bottas 10. Perez A good day for Hamilton & red bull equals a rough day for Rosberg. Hamilton's point lead to the championship is increasing & Nico knows he has some work to do if he wants his first Championship. A struggle for the prancing horse especially with all the changes going on & red bull seems to be getting better. Well, time for the break, next up, Belgium Results from Mid Ohio: 1. Pagenaud 2. Power 3. Munoz 4. Rahal 5. Hinchcliffe 6. Daly 7. Pigot 8. Kimball 9. Sato 10. Newgarden Conor Daly & Mikhail Aleshin almost played the spoiler of the race. Aleshin was in the middle of a horrible pit stop altercation with Newgarden & Daly had to pit & gave Pagenaud the lead. Scott Dixon crashed as well, which helps Penske's points lead. Indy Car is on a break as well, next up in August Pocono
rvrdgsfn
Bumping for Pocono 1. Power 2. Aleshin 3. Hunter-Reay 4. Newgarden 5. Bourdais 6. Dixon 7. Munoz 8. Montoya 9. Kanaan 10. Hinchcliffe So for those who missed why this race made a big deal well.... There was a bit of a scary wreck in the pits between Kimball, Castroneves & Rossi. Luckily, no one was injured thankfully. Looks like there was an intense battle between Will & Mikhail. Will got his 4th victory this season & cut Pagenaud's lead to 20 points! Next up, back to Texas! rvrdgsfn
Bumping for the conclusion of the Indy race from Texas: 1. Rahal 2. Hinchcliffe 3. Kanaan 4. Pagenaud 5. Castroneves 6. Kimball 7. Munoz 8. Power 9. Montoya 10. Bourdais .008 of a second on the last lap. That was one of the closest finishes that I've seen in an IndyCar race. I felt for Hinch, he had a great car but so did Rahal. That was an intense race to which I've never seen in Texas. Next up Watkins Glen Also, IndyCar released their 2017 schedule
rvrdgsfn
Bumping for the Belgian Grand Prix: 1. Rosberg 2. Ricciardo 3. Hamilton 4. Hulkenberg 5. Perez 6. Vettel 7. Alonso 8. Bottas 9. Raikkonen 10. Massa Rosberg truly needed that win but Hamilton coming back from dead last to 3rd is a huge achievement! A rough start for Ferrari but they managed to stay in the top 10 & it looks like Force India was the dark horse today. Verstappen had a rough one as well due to hitting the Ferrari's. It's always interesting when they go to Spa. Next up, the Italian Grand Prix.
