Please tell me the team they are lined up against in the second pic from the bottom is not located in either Hiroshima, Nagasaki or Fukushima.

The helmet logo looks like it might be referencing an explosion? like the old Denver Dynamite arena football logo.

The team they are playing is the Health Sciences University of Hokkaido, located in Tobetsu, Hokkaido, which is in the north part of the country, opposite of all the places you mentioned. The team name is the First Molars (they are a dental school). The logo has something to do with teeth or is a star, but not an explosion or anything.

I think Japanese people are smart enough to be offended for themselves; they don't need you to do it for them.

I wonder if Oklahoma knows their paper clip has been appropriated and attached to the nickname of their in-state rival.

It's a little hard to make out from these photos, but the seahorse logo is only on the right side of the helmet. Don't know if there is a specific story behind it or not. Also the name is singular and not plural. Also don't know why.

So this next one is cheating a bit. Japan leagues have a relegation system. It's pretty much like the European soccer leagues. The bottom teams in division 1, typically one or 2 teams, will play the top teams in division 2 in a single game. The winner of those games will play the next season in division one and the loser will go to division 2. So this next team was in D1 for 2015, but will be D2 for 2016. I chose not to cover the team that replaced them, because, well, their pretty boring. This team, however, is pretty cool, albeit imposing on copyright. So before I get the pics, here is their old logo:

And the new logo(s)

Kendai Devils - Kansai Collegiate American Football League (関西学生アメリカンフットボール連盟) - Division 1

Kendai Devils football

Up until this month, the school was known as Kinki University (近畿大学). However, because of immature people, the English name of the university was changed to Kendai University. So Kinki and Kendai are the same school, yet the football team has yet to update any of their English information, so just don't get confused is all I'm saying.

We've now covered three of the eight leagues. And again these are only the D1 schools in each league, so there are more in each league, but I just wanted to focus on the top schools first.

Next we will focus on the Kanto(h) league. Strangely, the D1 of this league is divided into two, the Top 8 and the Big 8. I'm not sure why this is, as it is only the Top 8 schools who can go to the post season. Still the logos for them are pretty cool and worth sharing:
