Budweiser changes name to America

Are we fighting another wave of anti-Germanism in America?  World War III?

Is this change affecting only the Budweiser product line?

Did the parent company Anheiser-Busch change their name?

What's the light beer called?  Am.Light?  Like competitor Amstel Light?

A-BInBev is also a big sponsor of the US Olympic Team and employs athletes while they train.  This is part of their Olympic push and also part of Copa America. There will also be aluminum bottles and cans with the Statue of Liberty's torch.

Here in the UK, Budweiser is actually marketed and sold as a premium lager rather than something a stereotypical denim shorts wearing Cardinals fan would drink.

Which Budweiser is that -- the American one or the Czech one?

And do they drink it warm over there?

The American one. It is widely available in shops, bars and pubs and usually sold in bottles from a fridge. Similar to the likes of Peroni and Becks if you have those? I don't know of any lager that's drank warm (room temperature) here to be honest. Plenty of ales but not lagers.

The Czech one (most refer to it as just Budvar) is available to buy in shops but I don't think I've ever seen it sold in a bar unless it's a specialty bar that sells imported beers.
