No one sells authentics for $150 unless they are clearing them out for something new. Edit: If that is the new logo, not a fan of the shape of it at all. That logo, if the new primary, would be the second time it would be used. It was also their 'primary' for one season only when they had one-year jerseys for their 10th Anniversary season. I don't remember seeing any sort of release for the public, nothing from Chris on the main site and not even any scuttlebutt from other Hitmen fans or WHL people. Buy and large, I'd say it's an improvement over the old jerseys just getting away from the modified Ottawa template, though I'm not a fan of having the Buffalo style piping and armpit colours and I don't really like the numbers. I don't see why they're still trying to push them all these years later when it's never looked remotely good on anything they've tried them on. Also, these new black Hitmen jerseys would look so much better if they'd use the simple white mask logo they use on their website banner instead of the black on black mess they went with. That's the weird thing. On the jerseys since the Edge switch (2010 IIRC), the Hitmen have the black mask on the white jersey and the full logo on the black. spartacat_12 Posted September 2, 2016 Share Posted September 2, 2016 When I saw the teaser I knew they'd be using the Sabres template, but I was hoping they'd do away with the pitstains and useless piping (or at least make them the same colour as the jersey). Unfortunately they did not, and have prevented these from being a truly great set. Definitely an improvement over the last template though.
