Welp, Dirk Nowitzki just opted out of his Mavs contract -- and of course the Warriors are interested in him as well.

DON'T DO IT, DIRK!!!

Dirk just wants his money back. He took a huge and unnecessary paycut two years ago. He went from making $22.7M to like $8.5M. Essentially for Chandler Parsons, Wes Matthews and the ability to see that DeAndre Jordan emoji battle first hand.

Better than Heat bandwagoners.

Not really since they are literally the same people.

The NBA has the least patient bandwagoners out of the big four sports.

The 3-team trade sending Teague to Indy is potentially huge for Indiana.

Well in other news, apparently the Celtics are interesting of trading their #3 pick for either J.Bulter, G.Hayward, J.Parker or K.Middleton.

But, I think they've balked at every trade offer so far. Hayward for #3 is not worth it; they could get him in FA one year down the line. I don't think Middleton's worth it either. And Chicago's not going to let Jimmy Butler go so easy.

Boston should hunker down in #3, unless they get the old Godfather offer; one they just simply couldn't refuse.

Looks like we've got our first big pre-draft trade:

Every side wins here, IMO.

Teague & Ellis is gonna be an odd backcourt, but it might work out.

Hill goes to Utah to make them even more scary on D.

12th pick more than likely nets the Hawks Taurean Prince at SF.

That's fine.  Need knees to play basketball.  Guy was great when he had knees, but without knees or confidence in his body, he was shot.

It's not a bad move for the Knicks...they're not going anywhere this year and he's only got 1 year left on his deal. Very low risk.

Indiana is looking scary. On paper anyways. But if Paul George has the season he did last year, with Ellis and Teague. If they can pick up a solid big man, they could push for the East.

George Hill has never made a team he's been on better.
