Random question to what is going on here. Lebrons game used high school jersey shows an adidas logo on the chest but their is an on-sports tag...Is this an example similar to ripon and the nfl?

Not sure if that particular jersey was actually game worn.  There are a few differences in the kerning of the letters, the lower neck/logo, and placement of the adidas logo when compared to any image available on Google.

Regardless you can still see the same tag and logo combination on him in this image. Still brings up the same question

Makes it even more laughable that some people say "the manufacturer made it, they have a right to put their logo on it".

It's no different than a stubhub patch. Not at all.

A couple quick jersey swap graphics I put together last night. Nothing official, all just for fun.

Nice work on the jersey swap. I'm curious to see what number Oladipo will use since #5 (Singler) and #4 (Collison) are both taken. Maybe he goes with his HS number.

I think #15 would look good on him but I doubt his new teammates want him wearing that guy's old number after all of the drama.

As others have mentioned...Google Michael Jordan 1995.

I know Jordan wore #45. Heck he even wore #12 once. Kirk Hinrich never got grief for that.

I don't get what the big deal was. If Valentine had never worn #45 before, then it MIGHT be worth a discussion. But it's not like #45 is untouchable. He wore that for what a dozen games?

But Valentine wore #45 in college and he's keeping that number in the pros. Common occurrence. That's why he's doing it. Nothing interesting about that.

Go A's!

You're not really comparing apples to apples.  Jordan didn't want to wear #12. #12 was a nameless jersey for one night.

Just want to comment on that high school picture really quick. I had no idea the ball flexed that much when dribbling that's rediculous.

I actually have a Jordan #12 jersey.

Knockoff, I'm sure (and it has the name on the back, which the real jersey didn't), but it was still something I didn't wanna pass up for the price.

Also,

- it wouldn't have had the logo above the NOB

- even if it had the NOB, it would have been plain white (and heat pressed), not black-white twill.

Uh oh. Wikipedia has Jose Calderon listed as #1. I haven't seen any news on what number he'll wear, so that's not confirmed. However, if it turns out to be true, Bulls fans will once again be unhappy with a player's number choice. This should be interesting...
