Favorite: Nassau Coliseum, warts and all

Agreed. Atmosphere is electric.

Favorite in use: Pepsi Center.

The food is overpriced, but the fans are great and so is the overall energy is ecstatic.

Least favorite: Denver Coliseum.

It's an old building with good history, but the seats hurt your ass when you sit on them and there are very little shops/whatever. I went to see the Denver Cutthroats a lot, and the best part about it was the energy during the overtimes and close games. The arena was never full, but it sounded and felt like it was.

Least favorite: The Checker Dome (StL Blues,) built in 1921?, rats bigger than your head!!!!!! Pretty good sight lines, though!!!!

Favorite: I miss the old Busch, 1996 switch to grass was beautiful!!!!!! I do love the new Busch, though!!! Great view of STL's rather meager skyline (without the Arch, it stinks!!!!!!!)

I don't really like KC sports, but Kauffman and Arrowhead are amazing!!!!!!!!

This may be a little biased, but these are the only places I've been so...

Favorites: CHS Field- Absolutely outstanding! Pictures don't do that place justice...  I had seen a ton of pictures before I went there, and it didn't look to impressive. My first game there however, was simply beautiful to watch! It's much better than Midway Stadium...

Xcel Energy Center- NHL, high school- Any hockey game there is both fun to watch, and the crowd is always pumped up!

Mariucci Arena- Gophers and some High School puck- Same as above, just add Drunk Students for the College games...

Target Field- Beautiful Stadium for the Twinkies

Least Favorite- Target Center- I've never gone to a T-Wolves game, but the few times I've been there were meh... The top of the arena seems hazy for some reason, and the seats were terrible... The whole concourse was also a little confusing.

I work a few blocks from that so I know what it is...but most on here probably don't.  Still have not been to a game, though have been inside...it's a nice low-level minor league park.

I tend to agree with your assessment of the other Minnesota places you listed.  Though Mariucci has always frustrated me; it should have more capacity.

Favorite: Arrowhead Stadium- I'm a little biased as a lifelong Chiefs fan but the environment before and during the game was amazing and the stadium is incredibly iconic.

Honorable Mention: Safeco Field- Nice park that reminds me a lot of Coors Field but is slightly better and in a cooler city.

Least Favorite: Tropicana Field- The novelty of watching baseball inside was fine for one game but I would absolutely hate that being my local park. It's also way too far from Tampa. We spent the day at Bucs training camp and stadium tour and checking out the Tampa Yankees stadium and it was a hassle getting down to St. Pete.

Dishonorable Mention: The Citrus Bowl (AKA Camping World Stadium)- The area was absolutely awful, I would not feel comfortable there at night without thousands of other fans. The stadium itself wasn't so bad but the area really pulled it down for me.

Denver Nuggets Kansas City Chiefs Tampa Bay Rays

Colorado Buffaloes Purdue Boilermakers Florida Gators

My picks are all a little biased but, I don't care.

Stadiums I've been too: Miller Park, Lambeau Field, Camp Randall Stadium, Kohl's Center, Citizens Bank Park, Comerica Park, Joe Lewis Arena, Notre Dame Stadium, and the Joyce Center.

FAVORITE: Miller Park, by far the nicest stadium I've ever been to. The concourse is great and there really aren't any bad seats. Which is great because the Brewers suck.

Honorable Mentions: Lambeau Field, Camp Randall, Notre Dame Stadium, and the Joyce Center. I also really enjoyed all these stadiums and these all had incredible atmospheres but just couldn't quite top Miller.

LEAST FAVORITE: Comerica Park, at night. Overall it was a decent stadium but walking out into downtown Detroit after the game... well let's just say I was about 80% sure that I was about to be murdered.

I get the thought process. But, surprisingly, that little section from Ford/Comerica down through the casinos is surprisingly well patrolled and safe. Sure, the rest of Detroit is a city-wide dumpster fire. But, at least that part (and now the new Little Ceasars Arena area just northeast of there) is safe.
