Pulv!
Moskow Saints The Saints' logo is based on the city of Moskow coat of arms as is also the color palette. Black was switched with charcoal grey and the shield design modernized a bit. The knight fighting the dragon is St. George, whose statue is one of the symbols of Moskow. The scarf caption is taken from an advertisement for the 800th anniversary of the birth of the city and the invincibility is related to the fact that many times foreing commanders tried to sack Moskow but never succedded. I would have liked a lot the possibility to have the identity also with the cyrillic alphabet spelling but I'm not skilled enough at russian and I don't have many fonts with cyrillic letters. _DietDrPepper_
The grey really complements the red and blue, like a better arizona diamondbacks uniform. The stroke on numbers is still a little too heavy. If you want the fill to be really skinny its fine, but I'd make the numbers gold, and move the behind the number and make it red. I see what you mean but that kind of red on such a blue is not matching well. They kind of blend together... My Behance
Pulv!
Barcelona Dracs (Dragons) This identity is deeply inspired by the Dragons of the NFL Europe back in the '90s. The dragon head has been updated and has now a green outline. The uni is drenched in Catalunya regional colors of Gold and Red and the flag is retaken also for the shoulder striping. You can spot the flag of Catalunya on the helmet instead of the spanish flag as Catalans usually sport a deep patriotism to their roots. The catalan flag, called the Senyera ( something close to Ensign...), is not only a symbol for Catalunya but also for all those spanish or french regions once were the Kingdom of Aragon. I made the scarves in three different versions: catalan, spanish and english, where I changed the name of the flag with just " your flag" as I thought Senyera as a word would not say much to an average english speaker. I discovered catalan is so close to a form of dialect they speak in my region so I'm able to understand quite a lot of it so I translated by myself the scarf in catalan and now I'm not sure it's 100% correct. 1990 original logo My Behance

Pulv!
Munich Mountaineers Munich is not that the close to the mountains but alp culture is an important part in southern bavarian identity and as it is a very wide spread imagery linked to Germany (also if Germany is mainly a flat- hill country) the name Mountaineers was used for the Munich team. The colors are taken from the city flag and are named Edelweiss Yellow and Alp Stone Gray. The identity is all in english as it is a well known language in Germany and because the name of the city was flowing better with mountaineers than with bergsteiger (german translation). Pulv!
Athens Argonauts The strongly greek identity of this team is linked with legend and myth. The main logo represents the ship Argo which was built by shipwright Argo for Jason himself who was in need of a swift ship. the crew of the ship was called the Argonauts and left Greece seeking glory and the golden fleece. Argo means swift in ancient greek. The color palette is based on Aegean Blue and Greek Sky Blue as blue and white are national colors you can see almost everywere in Greece (even rooftops are painted blue!). Pulv!
London White Knights The team identity was firstly developped with a medieval theme but then to the already high frequence of the name in the sector it was chosen to use a chess knight as a main logo to make the team more unique. The red and white color scheme is based on the colors of England and on the colors of the Knights of Malta, who happend to be named exactly the white knights...Gold was added to the scheme to reinforce the idea of power and wealth and to resemble the color of the white chess pieces which is acutally not white but a sort of ocre. ImmortalChef
I love this series but I have 3 gripes 1. White Knifht does not roll of the tounge, Knights sounds beter 2. For Munich, the Volt looks ugly. If this series is from 1980, Volt iz nonexistent 3. Nike Elite socks did not exist in 1980

Pulv!
Aztecas de México (Aztecs) This idenity was based of one of the main precolumbian cultures present in Mexico. The feathered serpent Quetzalcoatl was one of the main deities among the Aztecs being the god of wind and wisdom and the main logo is inspired by one of Quetzalcoatl statues you can find on a temple in Teotihuacan. The color palette was chosen from the mexican flag. Both red and green are paler to embrace a bolder look surrouded by charcoal gray. The scarf has a double language spelling although the main identity is definitely the spanish one. Pulv!
Rio Cariocas Rio team's identity is heavily based on the bold colors of the rich rainforest which covers such a great part of Brazil. The macaw (here with a fictional green and blue feather scheme) is the main symbol of the team although their name is Cariocas which is the proper name for Rio's inhabitants. As the macaws are really present in the brazilian rainforest also nearby the cities, their bold colors represent well the love of Cariocas for colorful dresses as the ones you can see for the Carnival.
