Nope, there are 13 teams total who’ve (thankfully) yet to sign jersey advertisement deals. Those teams are the Blazers, Bulls, Clippers, Grizzlies, Hornets, Mavericks, Pacers, Pelicans, Rockets, Spurs, Suns, Thunder, and the one that you mentioned, the Wizards. Unfortunately that could change at any time though, as teams are free to sign deals during or after the season.

Look for the red drop shadow on the left of the number 7. From GettyImages:

My problem with the Spurs' jerseys are twofold ... 1) The wordmark doesn't match the numbers. 2) The numbers on the front are MUCH smaller than the last jerseys and just look bad. The jerseys would look much better with a matching number. Though, I saw no problem with their last jerseys. "I always wanted to be somebody, but now I realize I should have been more specific." UnclearInitial
The Spurs bizzarely attempted to look more classic and old school by dropping the Eurostile they’ve had since the ABA and going generic block. It’s faux-retro and it’s bad, the Spurs previous uniforms managed to combine classic with the 70’s where the franchise has its origins, much like Eurostile does. This reeks of update for the sake of update
DrJack
I'm surprised we haven't seen color on color yet. All home teams have worn white so far.

Actually the Pacers and Kings both wore their “Icon” uniforms at home yesterday, but the road teams in those games (the Nets and Rockets) both wore white. In the Pacers’ game, it couldn’t have been color on color because the Nets’ black and dark grey uniforms obviously wouldn't have provided necessary contrast with the Pacers’ navy. The Rockets probably could’ve worn their red uniforms, and in fact they did just that last season against the Kings, who were in purple at home: But, alas, the Rockets chose to wear white this time instead. I’m sure we’ll see plenty of color on color as the season progresses, and as the home teams start mixing it up a bit more.

I was just scrolling through photos and didn't realize which team was the home team. Looking forward to some more color on color games this year. Some design elements are indeed meant to be subtle and discoverable, but this is meant to be seen, and it’s hard to see. upperV03
The Suns/Blazers game last night was a really nice looking matchup: The Suns’ throwbacks looked really nice in action, and matched up incredibly well against the Blazers’ refreshed black uniforms. And as a Blazers fan, the result was pretty sweet too. Also, the Suns had special shooting shirts to go with their throwbacks:
BlackBolt3
So Charlotte just put out their uniform schedule here. One thing worth note is that the undergarments are officially part of the uniform, and aren't attached to one particular set. If you check the teal set, for example, there are games with matching teal tights, but also games with white tights, but it doesn't look like the switching happens until December. Nike seems to be doing a slow roll out of what's been made, so for the first month or so, we'll see each team's regular color and white (or icon and association for name sticklers), and get the statement uniforms around Thanksgiving.
