I wonder about a new shoulder patch for the Sens, as they didn't tease one yesterday.

I doubt it. Any logo changes the team has been talking about likely wont happen for at least another season or two at least, and I doubt they walk away from the heritage brand next season.

On the actual new home uniform:

- the collar is solid black

- the white sleeve stripes don't go all the way around the arm. Just half way.

- there's no hem striping at all

- there's a side panel of white that follows the positioning of the sleeve's white stripe.

I can tell they are taking design cues from the Flames...

Don't let all this new uniform talk distract you all from the fact that there is now a professional hockey franchise in LAS VEGAS, NEVADA.

Wow.  It amazes me that they just don't care how bad they look, nor do they care that there are options to improve it.

Don't let all this expansion talk distract you all from the fact that there have been professional hockey franchises in SUNRISE, FLORIDA AND RALEIGH, NORTH CAROLINA.

I was in Wisconsin this last week and the temperatures were 90 degrees all week.  With humidity it felt like 105.   Good thing they don't have a profession ice hockey team there.

Although I will say it was remarkably colder inside my friends house than outside.
