TheHydroPole
Went for something similar to what Dryworld did with QPR. I've always felt that this is the look the Caps should have rocked since day one.
-kj
I wouldn't go full hoop for them, but I like the idea of the chest stripe as a nod to their previous looks. hendocfc
Full on hoops could work if the change/secondary kit was of the lighter blue variant or even not blue at all... otherwise I can't see how it could work. Then again SKC had their mainly navy blue 2014 hooped kits...
Digby
Different but I like the look! That's a good shade of blue for the context, and blue/white would be welcome in MLS. vicfurth
I like this a lot. Really clean, solid concept. I'm curious what the back would look like? What color of numerals would you have?

What color of numerals would you have? I was thinking about that. It would be very difficult to do. Would most likely need a stroke. Would have to play around with it. Powder blue and light grey are other colours in the Whitecaps pallet. any suggestions?
vicfurth
A thick stroke sounds like it'd work. Might look at what Newcastle did with their hoop look: That being said, I'd try gray then see if it needed a stroke. Or you could add a block of white on the back for the numbers, similar to juventus.

Digby
I'd try powder blue with a white stroke-- currently MLS doesn't face this problem because the current adidas template always has a blank back, but the font you use appears better for a stroke effect than the real MLS font. Had a few hours of free time on my hands and decided to attempt a modernized Adidas version of this jersey. Of course a little unrealistic with the lack of kit sponsor, but for a throwback night of some sorts I could see it work. Anyways, would love to get as much feedback as possible. Digby
Love it. So clean and nice. I wanted to do this for my series but yeah, the kit sponsor really doesn't work for this treatment, unfortunately.
