Bruins
I stumbled across an extinct OJHL team (the deep Creamernet) named the Seguin Bruins and thought it was such an odd coincidence that a team's city would also be the name of a future player for the NHL club. So that got me wondering what other cases of crazy coincidences are there? Here's a few more i could think of: and I apologize for this one, i really do But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Ferdinand Cesarano
That's not irony; it is just coincidence, such as Curtis Pride playing for the Nashua Pride. Irony requires some collision of opposites, such as if the Devils had a player named "Angel".

Bruins
Oh yeah, I'm not embarrassed at all. You are correct sirs, I'll make the adjustments while simultaneously facepalming myself But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Bmac
I always thought Miroslav Satan played for the Devils, but apparently it was the black and red Sabres. Missed opportunity... https://www.behance.net/bmatukewic8043
SCalderwood
If Angel Pagan ever signs with the Angels, I guess that would be an ironic coinicidence.

leopard88
In case the autograph isn't clear, this is Dixie Walker . . . of the Yankees. Does this fall in the "ironic coincidence" category?
