Indiana is all of a sudden the stupidest front office in the league. They couldn't have gotten one of Boston's WAY better assets? Well Kevin Pritchrd just hired Chad Buchanan as the GM, who was under him when Pritchard was in Portland. Just look at all the career moves made by Pritchard over the years. http://www.basketball-reference.com/executives/pritcke01x.html It all started by drafting....Greg Oden. DG_ThenNowForever
I always make the dumb assumption that teams are trying to improve, even when they know they're losing talent. A Pacers tank year sounds dumb, and I think Oladipo/Sabonis are probably worth about 3-4 fewer wins than Love. But Love and a FA (Hayward) isn't so bad. I guess Ainge bungled this off-season because he just sat on his ass. We'll see what happens tomorrow. 1 hour ago, ShutUpLutz! said: and the drunken doodoobags jumping off the tops of SUV's/vans/RV's onto tables because, oh yeah, they are drunken drug abusing doodoobags

What happened to Ainge might be a result of "The Process" and GMs don't want/value draft picks anymore. They want proven talent.

FiddySicks
Well, this has been a fun off season. And technically, free agency hasn't even begun. As as much as I loved last off season, it was definitely a total dud for anyone not named Golden State. The Warriors are probably gonna win the title again going away, but it's definitely fun seeing teams fun for them. This is probably exactly what the currently constructed NBA needs. rams80
Why Oladipo? Adding a prominent IU alum can't hurt if the Pacers' look to not do as well next year.
