NFL: Cowboys at Steelers. The national game on Fox's first week of their broadcast rights. 9/4/1994. 

NHL: I don't remember. My family got season tickets for the Pens starting in 93 or 94. My dad and brother keep them to this day. 

NBA: Heat at Pacers. 2008. All I can remember of this is that the upper deck was very steep and my wife had some Vertigo going on.

NFL - 2010 - Eagles at Lions at Ford Field. It was the Lions home opener, and I left the game positive that Jahvid Best was going to be a superstar.

NBA - Never been to one

MLS - I'll be going to my first Philadelphia Union game next month. My only "pro" soccer game was a Hershey Wildcats game when I was a kid.

AHL - 2004 - Hershey Bears - I don't remember who they played, but I had a partial season ticket plan during the lockout year.

NCAA Football - 1994 - Penn State vs. Rutgers at Beaver Stadium

NCAA Hockey - I went to the Frozen Four in Detroit (Ford Field) in 2010. The first game was Wisconsin vs. RIT.

MLB: Orioles vs A's 1997. Went to see Mark McGwire play (he was my favorite player as a young kid), and found out he was traded to St. Louis earlier in the day. Pretty sure the A's lost 1-0 on a bases loaded walk in the 8th or something. It's actually a miracle I became a baseball fan after this being my first game. It's still to this day the WORST game I've ever been to, and I've been to hundreds of games. 

 

EDIT: i was a little off on the score of this one, but OH GOD I just found the box score for this game. Look at this mess. YUCK

 

NFL: I sorta have two. My first ever NFL game of any sort was the 2001 Pro Bowl. First actual game was the following season 49ers at Raiders. Raiders went to the Super Bowl that year, but Jeff Garcia ran all over them to get a win for the Niners.

 

NBA: Nuggets at Clippers. It was totally forgettable. I think Zac Randolph was on one of the teams. Clippers I think. No idea who won. 2008, I think? After Thanksgiving. 

 

NHL: Avalanche at Sharks. I got these tickets from Puckguy, actually. Took my dad for his birthday. It was the first year of the colored jerseys being the home jerseys again and I think the first year of all the new rules to increase scoring. Sharks won like 8-7. It was crazy. I thought that's how hockey was always gonna be. 

 

MLS: Chelsea FC vs LA Galaxy. David Beckham's first ever game with the Galaxy. Chelsea won 1-0.

 

NCAA Football: Honestly? I'm not sure. Probably some early 90s Nevada game with my dad and neighbor. 09 Rose Bowl is the first one I really remember. USC killed Penn State. 

 

NCAA Basketball: UNLV at Nevada. No idea the year. Nevada won.

NBA: 1998 LA Lakers at Vancouver Grizzles, Lakers won but I really didn't care. Our soccer team went and they all wanted to see basketball over hockey. Either way, that was during the years of crappy sport product in BC with the Grizzles and Canucks both doing terrible.

CFL: 1999 Grey Cup in Vancouver. Hamilton beat Calgary in a rematch of the previous year. Went with my Grandma who is a huge CFL fan.

ECHL: 2006 Las Vegas at Victoria Salmon Kings

WHL: 2010 Russia vs WHL in Victoria

Super Rugby: 2005 Blues at Highlanders at the old Carisbrook Stadium in the scarfie zone.

World Rugby: 2002 Uruguay at Canada in Edmonton for a World Cup qualifier

NLL: 2003 Vancouver Ravens game, can't remember who they played.

USL-PDL: 2009 Austin Aztecs at Victoria Highlanders, game ended in a tie I think

BCHL: 2001 Merritt Centennials vs Victoria Salsa, was during the Salsa' run to the league championship at the old Memorial Arena. They ended up losing to the Camrose Kodiaks in the BCHL-AJHL playoff for the Royal Bank Cup Berth
