This story has been blown way out of proportion. This is no different than hiring extras for a film/television set. They want both teams to be represented equally otherwise it would look weird if the TV viewers only saw Eagles fans behind the set at a Rams home game.

This Niners team is REALLY bad, but I think they may have something here with Garrapolo. He's been under pressure pretty much all day vs a good (even though banged up) Texans D and he's still looked pretty impressive. If they can get him a line that's worth a damn, that trade may pay off for them.

These Niners remind me of the late 70's/early 80's teams. They went 2-14 in 78 & 79. 6-10 in 80 and by 81 they were 13-3 and Super Bowl Champs. Lots of work to be done.

I didn't see the game, but apparently Carson Wentz played 4 plays and threw a TD with a torn ACL.

 

Oh well.  Guess I can make vacation plans for the first week of February.
