NY Islanders Redesign

Here are a couple little changes to the Isles' new Adidas threads.

 

The home jersey is changed to the same style as the dark jerseys from the dynasty years, and the away is updated to an entirely new design, and is the first in the organization to have a shoulder yoke.

 

What do you think?

I'm not a huge hockey fan, but I must say, these look very sharp.

These look great, besides the collars. Those are always hard to nail down with Adidas, but I’d personally keep the full collar orange with a white outline, and the pentagon blue.

I think that the Adidas collars look way too big when they're filled fully, but when they're only half filled like this, they look about the right size.

Fair point. I’d at least get rid of the contrasting pentagon.

I disagree, I actually like the contrasting part, especially on a design that is more traditional like a "Dynasty Islanders" .

I can see it on Leafs, Habs, etc.
