Does no one ever take in to consideration what the other team will be wearing when they schedule these games.

If Florida goes blackout, Mizzou will go whiteout.

Under Armour may be rolling out new templates, at least for some schools.  They are marketing a football jersey called "CompFit 2 Bruins" which is different than the template UCLA used last year.

UA has other templates in this year's catalog that look new to me.  I personally prefer the "CompFit 2 Impulse":

Looks to be similar to Nike's Vapor Untouchable template, minimal seams and room for sublimated designs and all.

It could be the angle that the second picture was taken at, but it doesn’t appear Michigan was centered properly. The top of the letters appear closer to the back of the end zone than the bottom of the letters are to the goal line.

Yeah I'm guessing/hoping it's the angle.

And the stadium entrances appear to be the size of footballs going through the uprights.. It's just the angle..

This isn't uniform related, per se, but since we're discussing Michigan's endzone improvements, I thought I'd share this.  Nebraska is upgrading all their stadium lights to hyper-bright LEDs.  In recent years as we've played more and more night games, it's become obvious the existing lighting is too dark, especially in the corners of the endzones.

  • "The system will be integrated with the big-screen Husker Vision boards, Ingram said, and the new lights “will be capable of instant on, instant off, and will be programmable so we can create (special) effects.” By contrast, the old lighting system takes about 15 minutes to come on to full brightness, he said."

Should be pretty cool to see them do something like an instant black-out during halftime or using special effects to get the crowd pumped up.

Maybe they go with "Super blinding white light" when the road team has the ball.

But seriously, those do sound like great tech upgrades.
