Only that photo wchich I posted, and yes this is a variation, remember that variation may not always be as exact as the original.

No, but it does has to have something in common with the original. ?

Seriously, is that their claim or did you make it up?  Because it’s just not there.

They said it pays homage to L&YR and I see what they tried to do.

Unfortunately PKO logo will be on every Ekstraklasa shirts, because they became new sponsor of the league.

Teams say lots of silly things about the inspiration behind new shirts.  Doesn’t mean we need to take them seriously.

Of course, but in this case it got a lil bit of sense since you have railway tracks as a stripes, which "emulate" front of the L&YR loco's.

Wait, which one is it?  Are the hem stripes supposed to refer to the railroad's specific livery, or is it railroad tracks?

This is pretty weak brand-speak even by Adidas standards.

Just got this in an email from Kohler, new sleeve sponsor for MUFC:

Too bad neither kit will see the field with that. MUFC Ladies literally just did two kit reveals in a week! One to reveal the new players in last year's kit and one this week with the new gear.

Dream job: research intern who finds some tenuous local link to whatever dumb motif the big kit manufacturers have decided to push in a given year.

That’s true - the ad went out before the new shirt was unveiled.

But that’s okay, it has every bit the same impact on the new shirt.  Maybe more, since it won’t be competing with the shoulder stripes for attention.

They're leaning on the "panther" theme heavily this year.  Anybody know what that's about?

Nothing, they're doing an animal trend just because of  "aggressiveness" , this is the same club that unveiled a signing wearing a lion mask. and their GK shirts lean waaaay too far into  snake symbology
