And you say yours isn’t?

Not trying to be a dick, but athletic and sexy aren’t really the same thing. Your logo isn’t really athletic, more than it is sexualized.

Yeah, I'm thinking the same thing... and what's with the headwear?  Or is that supposed to be hair?  It looks like she's wearing a (breaking out my Canadian lexicon here) touque. (sp?)

I say they both are. The liberties I took in my logo parallel the liberties the 6ers took on Ben, which was my main source material for this design, along with these other Google results for Betsy Ross:

Give me (artistic) liberty or give me death!

I based the design heavily on the 6ers logo and threw in some makeup and a low-cut dress (as did Betsy herself, apparently)... just a fun little design for my Barstool Sports-esque t-shirt shop (which I probably should have clarified)

FWIW, I do appreciate the feedback, but a hint of cleavage should not elicit “dickprint” and porn hyperbole.

This is really good, and a little artistic license isn't the worst thing in the world, but have you tried it with the roundel not being the same color as the dress? Between the dress, the ball, and the roundel, the blue overpowers everything else.  I don't think I have a suggestion, because a white dress wouldn't look right, and red would be worse. Maybe a more pale shade of blue? Either way, good work.
