MOD EDIT

It's just the narrative that was being put out was that LeBron was paying for the whole thing, which is just not true.

We get it, you follow Clay Travis on Twitter.

Because as a Penn State fan you're good with facts.

And what does this have to do with what we are talking about? Oh, that's right......NOTHING.

Way to troll Rams, way to troll.

I'm out of here. Have fun with your NBA season.

Peace Out!

Currently I’m very into the dueling “LeBron isn’t really doing anything” and “LeBron is doing too much and brainwashing a generation” narratives.

Ha. That's true. Pick a lane, people.

I saw somewhere that Lebron pledged the maximum amount he can while still being able to call the school a public school.

Pro athlete gives back and the Clay Travises of the world meerkat out of their holes to "well, actually" it. Weird. Weird how that happens. Hmm.

Well when every single right-wing pundit has an opinion on this, and they all speak at the same time, you're bound to get some contradicting opinions.

Although to be fair, you really can't get four-plus hours out of "he said bad things about the President; therefore I don't want anyone to have a positive opinion of him" so you gotta spice up the arguments a little bit.

Calling this type of philanthropy "giving back" is a weird concept to me.  Far as I know, LeBron didn't steal anything.

It'd make more sense to just call it giving.

It’s called giving back, because he was given opportunities and such throughout his life to get him where he is, and now he is giving back to give kids some of the same opportunities.

That would be a HUGE waste of your time ?

That’s a REAL example of how the NBA has become soft, right there.
