Lonzo's gonna get sent to Charlotte to make way for LeBron and the family will have a collective meltdown.

The only one I'd feel bad for is Lonzo.  I like Lonzo; he seems surprisingly normal considering his genes.  And it would stink to see him have to play on a team with poor options around him.  But I'd be all for it just to see LaVar's reaction.

Since #6 is retired for Dr. J, will Ersan Ilyasova (if re-signed) give up #23 for Lebron, or would he play hardball and force Lebron to pick a new number?  I think he'd look good in 33, but that's taken too, so if he loves 6 so much would he take #66?  #16 would work, but you don't seem to ever see basketball players in that number, so maybe not.

According to my sources, the jersey is allegedly all set for the presser - just no idea what number they put on it.

Draymond thinks he's getting a supermax. Good luck buddy.

He's only DPOY or 3rd team All-NBA away from one. Might as well hold out.

Plus, his agent is hoping states which have gambling "integrity fees" quickly start taking bets because the fee would make BRI increase and thus would the cap too.

Edit: He gets closer to deserving one with comments like this.

I was gonna say Memphis but that works too. Either way, it'll be a fun silver lining. I don't think the combined forces of LeBron James and the LA Lakers will see the Big Baller Brand as a significant hurdle.

I don't think a Girl Scout troop would consider Big Baller a serious  . . . anything.

Holy :censored:, Mike Bibby.

Edit: I don’t know why pictures aren’t working. Just google Mike Bibby. It’s worth it. And completely crazy. He looks like he ate Lebron.

Not sure why this is your response to this, as he qualifies if he makes all-NBA in just about any category.

Qualifying and receiving are two different things.

Every three days I "qualify" for some credit offer, but if I actually went to the table with them, it's not 100% that I would receive said offer. In Green's case, the * on his offer are his scoring average and his general attitude.

I’d be really surprised if Draymond didn’t get the max unless he gets seriously injured or goes completely off the rails and heads to NK to meet up with Rodman or something.

The repeater tax will likely squash that.

While the Chase Center will have lots of guaranteed revenue, they still have to pay off the interest and principle. Oracle playoff revenues are about $3.5M/game now according to Kawakami, but even the fairly wealthy long time ticket holder is balking at 50% increase per seat in addition to the seat license which they'll get back in 30 years. Hell, my Mom and Dad got their Bucs PSL movey back after ten years.

Smash Mouth got heated over the finals outcome.  Whole thread is weird.

Looks like someone is desperate for any sort of non-meme related relevancy or attention.

I think this is further proof that the "(insert NBA star) would love to have a coach like Pop" narrative is BS.  Most stars have way too big of egos to play under a demanding coach like Pop, and it looks like Kawaii has put himself into that category now.

Spurs should trade him anywhere but the Lakers. Why trade him to a conference rival and to the team he most likely wants to go to. LeBron might stay in Cleveland if he can get Leonard. Cavs give up their #8 pick and other assets?

Kawaii for #8, George Hill, and Zizic?

Lakers have Ingram who would be a better prize than the #8, but I'm not sure if they'd use him as trade bait unless they knew for sure that the Cavs were about to cut in front of them.

The issue for Kawaii has been the Spurs medical staff more than Popovich. They said he's good to play but her personal doctors wanted him to stay out. It's more akin to Tom Brady's guru and Belicheck clashing than Kawaii and Pop having issues.

Cleveland needs to hold on to that draft pick and drop salary somewhere else, especially if Lebron leaves town again.
