Both Mo Johnston and Kenny Miller played for Celtic and Rangers, a really big deal in the bigoted world of Glasgow football. And Dennis Law, one of Scotland’s greatest players, played for both Man Utd and Man City.

Bobby Hebert and Morten Andersen- Saints and then Falcons.

 

There's a lot of others that have moved between those two teams, or the Saints and Panthers , but other than Sam Mills (already mentioned) none were that significant.

Dion Phaneuf played for both the Maple Leafs and Senators.  Doug Gilmour, Yanic Perrault, and Tomas Plekanec played for the Leafs and Canadiens.

 

Shaquille O’Neal played for the Lakers, Suns, and Celtics.  He also played for both the Magic and Heat.  Isaiah Thomas was on the Celtics and now the Lakers.
