They're a legendary franchise - maybe not the Yankees, but pretty damned close - and the kid that gets to go to one game should see them in their gold or purple. He should remember that he saw the Los Angeles Lakers - the same team (and mostly the same uniform) that Kareem, Magic, and Vlade Divac played for. It makes it less special when they're in dumb one-off unis. That’s probably because all of the City and Earned sets are shown as white now so as not to give away the actual color of each unreleased uniform.
