In 1962, Seattle will be the center of attention with the Century 21 Exposition.

In celebration of the yearlong event, the Emeralds will don a special patch on their jerseys.

I am not sure what point midfield logos became popular in American football, but here's a hypothetical field tweak for the Emeralds for 1962:

I'll be rooting for Toronto. I wish you put a team in Muskoka, though.

Yeah Toronto should be one of the top flight clubs if they can build a good team.

I'll keep the committee open to give everybody time to submit name ideas.

I am not part of the committee, but I suggest that Winnipeg is named the "Wendigos"

It looks great! You run out of ideas when using the same sports, but inventing a new sport opened up several possibilities for you. It is easy to follow, and the logos + uniforms look great.

Ottawa should be red, black, and white, since basically every teams the city's had has used that scheme. Incorporating plaid would be cool too.

Yes, Ottawa will indeed be black and red.

Two Montreal teams would be cool to see. Like the Wanderers and Maroons vs the Canadians back before the Original Six. Still wish that Quebec had a team. Someday they will.

Montreal should get 2 teams; their population was double of the 2nd most populated (Toronto) back in the early 60s.

Montreal is indeed getting two teams. I meant to say so on that initial list I put up.

For 1962, the Gaels darken the orange in their color scheme:

Also for 1962, the Admirals adopt shorter sleeves and TV numbers:

One way or another, MLB will be returning to DC after the Senators pulled up stakes to become the Texas Rangers.

But the conundrum now centers on the branding.

Rehashing the Senators is tempting, but I'm toying with the Grays or Nationals too.
