johnnysama
OK, since there was one of these a long time ago that is since closed to new replies, I'm going to start a new thread. https://www.ebay.com/itm/VINTAGE-MICHAEL-JORDAN-MITCHELL-NESS-AUTHENTIC-JERSEY-1983-84-MENS-SIZE-XL/173772092385?_trkparms=aid%3D333200%26algo%3DCOMP.MBE%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D55991%26meid%3D3a97a911a1dd45f7a543f160dce220dd%26pid%3D100005%26rk%3D5%26rkt%3D12%26sd%3D264190972707%26itm%3D173772092385&_trksid=p2047675.c100005.m1851 - Look at this! I can count how many things are wrong with this jersey with two hands.
FightingGoldenDevil
I like how it used "stitched" in parentheses. What is that even supposed to mean?
Krz
Who would pay $250 for that? There are better fakes out there. Excellent!
PrimalCookie
Never mind any of the other errors (including the fact that the Bulls didn’t have black jerseys then) - my favorite part about this is that Jordan didn’t even play for the Bulls in 83. His rookie year was 1984.
MattMill
I remember buying a Dan Marino jersey off eBay years ago. Dimly lit photo but it was somewhat cheap. It turned out to be Miami hurricane colors. It looked sort of like this one that's still around https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.com%2Fulk%2Fitm%2F333041516229 Scary to see a 100% 1400 FB seller selling fakes. joekono
I love braking balls to some of these sellers and have my 13 year old nephew ask all kinds of really stupid questions( i.e. Can you tell me the measurements from one side to the next , multiply it by six and divide by eight because I need the jersey to fit perfectly?) to the seller because it's really stealing and I know not everyone are jersey freaks like us, my God we've people wear terrible jerseys to games but that Bulls jersey is a great example. E-Bay doesn't do it's do diligence as MattMill is pointing out and the "sewn numbers" one makes me laugh the most especially when I see a seller selling an NFL jersey from the 80s. Oh yeah... signed by one of the biggest athletes ever. nbd
