Rock_Island Posted March 13, 2015 Share Posted March 13, 2015 How many people remember that up until 1974 an incomplete pass inside the opponent's 20 yard line was a touchback? In other words a 4th down try from the opponent's 2 yard line that was an incomplete pass came out to the 20 first and 10 for the opponent.
