Handel Gothic will give you several similar characters; it may have been used as the basis for the font, but not sure. It's about as close as you're going to get. Not all logos or wordmarks use exact versions of fonts. In fact, i'd venture to say most sports logos employ use of custom letterforms or existing fonts that are modified.
