During that game (against WVU), I was initially trying to think of where I'd seen them before. Then it occurred to me: they're essentially the same numbers that the Phoenix Suns wore in the 1970s, just without the modifications. I don't know if that helps at all in your quest to find the set, but at least it gives you some more resources from which to pull if you decide to create them yourself?
